A new Digital NOTAM Application (DNA) that will– Enable Digital NOTAM encoding;– Enable automatic generation, under operator control, of OPADD
compliant NOTAM;– Support post-digitising of NOTAM messages received from
providers that do not have Digital NOTAM capabilities;– Over the long term, replace the INO-DP subsystem
during the transition period, INO-DP and the DNA application will be used in parallel by NOTAM operators
Development / deployment– Incremental (adding functionality at each step);– Will be made available initially as “pre-operational”:
Operators can use it at their own discretion INO-DP can still be used for creating the text NOTAM directly
