This is a very different book. It introduces to you the most powerful tool

that will enable you to know about youself, know bet ter your fellow

creature, natural laws that govern human relations as well as keys of

success in any project you will be initiating.

For the coming next 7 days, every day, read one chapter from this book (from

chapter I) and ponder over by the end of the day. I do believe that there will

not be any difficulty for you to understand the topics developed. Indeed, you

wi ll be persuaded by the notions and topics developed, because your own

life wil l experience it. You will then understand the profound reasons of your

    failures and past successes.

On the 8th day, you will reach chapters VIII and IX dealing wi th bus iness

mould and the case s tudy to assess yourself the degree o f wisdom of the

notions developed. For any help or follow up, please send me a mail to the

following address [email protected] . I will directly exchange with you

and go along with you on the path of fulfi lment.

    INTRODUCTION

his book aims at making you understand that being happy is not just a coincidence but also an

awareness of the way you perform.

This will result for you in a greater awareness, which will provide you necessary strengths to react

in front of difficulties and challenges of life.

This book is available to everybody. The written language is simple, your everyday language.

How can you try to discover the mechanisms of human fulfilment, the main goal for any

    individual, without knowing humanity?

This is the reason why, I tackle in the next three chapters the basics that will enable you to better

undestand the important tools that will improve the quality of your life.

The business mould, that simplifies the keys to human fulfilment, will be useful to you in every

aspect of your life. These keys regulate every area of your existence. Moreover, whatever your

aptitudes and your current demeanors are, you will be able to get many advantages from reading

this book and from putting into practice these recommendations.

Everykey will appear obvious because they will make you unfold full parts of your past life and will

help you understand the reasons of your past successes or failures. Nevertheless, be careful,

what is important is not to know, but to put into practice what is said and that is all the difference. As DAVID KOMSI says:  «Knowledge does not bring any change in your life, what makes the difference, is what you do with what you experiment and how you put it into practice ».

Your current life situation is the result of your thoughts, experience, knowledge as well as the

way of feeling and reacting to things. This has to do with new practice that is going to change

and improve your perception of the real ity that you will behave differently and then your quality

of life will become better or in other words, your fulfilment will show itself.

    Definitionof human

     Aristotle

s far as I am concerned, human is first defined by his capacityor power to:

    1) Think,

    2) Speak,

    3) Take action,

    4)

    Endure obstacles,

    5)

    Reason

    ,

    6) Communicate with the Transcendent.

This qualitative value concerns potentiality . Indeed, we may be bornspeechless, yet we do not lose our humanity. Secondly, over a quantitativeladder every individual can more or less:

    a) Think,

    b)

    Speak

    ,

    c)

    Take action,

    d)

    Endure

    obstacles,

    e) Reason,

    f) Communicate

    with the Transcendent.

This definition corresponds to any human at a given time and place. Yet, thesame human can grow or regress over time on the quantitative ladder fromhis power to think, speak, take action, and endure obstacles, reason andcommunicate with the Transcendent. A normal growth is the one that consistsin observing an

    Definition of human

Increase of his capacit ies or power to think, speak, take action, endureobstacles, reason or communicate with the Transcendent evolves over thetim e from the em bryo, foetus and baby phase to old age through puberty, adolescence and adulthood.Indeed, at the individual level, every human is different from his fellow human,th is is a law of nature, and we do not have the same capacities with in the sixdimensions.Human, in reali ty, is the one who has the highest level within the six dimensionso f th inking, speaking taking ac tion, enduring obstac les, reasoning andcommunicat ing with the Transcendent. When these levels reach infinity, wehave the perfect human. When the levels are almost zero, we have a baby (all

the six dimensions are almost zero) or the idiot (think and reason dimensionszero).

    Overview

    of chapter

    I

    efinition of hum n

In my opinion, human is f irst defined by his capacity or  power to:

    1)   Think,

    2)   Speak,

    3)   Take action,

    4)   Endure obstacles,

    5)   Reason,

    6)   Communicate with the Transcendent.

A normal growth is however the one that consists in observing an increase of  hiscapacities   or  power   to   think, speak, take action,  endure   obstacles;   reason   or ccmmunicate with the Transcendent evolves over time from the embryo, foetus andbaby phase to old age through puberty, adolescence and adulthood.

     Knowing how to think

the resources that it means in

    - II -

    Resources to

    make progress

    on the

    ladder of human

    sixdimensions

    Valéry, Paul

    Cahiers I, Gladiator

he resources we have to make progress on the quantitativeladder of human six dimensions are the following:

    1)

    Knowledge

    of

    our actions

effects or other people’s ones onus,

    2)

    Ethics

    3)

    Morals,

    4)

    Customs,

    5) Business culture,

    6) Religion

    ,

    7)

    Family education

    ,

    8)

    School education,

    9)

    Professional education

    , etc.

Let me deal with the eight other resources except the Ethics on which I willfurther range over in details in the following chapters.Concerning the first resource, the one related to knowledge of my actions effectsor other people’s ones on me, let me quote two examples to make myself better

understood. If I were a child and never experienced fire, I would put my hand in it with nofear. When it burnt me, I would cry and experience what fire is. Next t ime I wouldnever put my hand again in the fire because it burns. I experienced it andacquired knowledge about fire proprieties; i t burns the one who touches it withhis hand or with another part of his body.

Another example concerning the action effects of a third par ty on me. I meet apasser-by who pays me a compliment on my dress or qualit ies he see s onm e; the effect of this is that it makes me feel glad, I am happy. I then learn thatcompliments bring about happiness.

At the third resource level, morals, I learnt to obey orders and instruct ions bydetermining what is good and what is evil. This is a constraint for me.Knowledge that I get from both previous examples and in ethics, is what I haveto obey if not I am taking some risks , but I do not have knowledge about the

causes.Points 4 and 5, i.e. customs and business culture, are from the same order asmorals.

Point 6, that deals with religion, gives the model of the perfect human and how

he must be expected, and shows what his att itudes, i.e. relations to money,

power and fellow creatures as well as GOD are, some examples to follow.

NOTE: According to the quantitative ladder, the relationship to GOD m us t n ot

be equal ly taken as the relationship to money or to power. An application of

these precepts guaranties a harmonious life here below and eternal life after

death. Here, knowledge is acquired by beliefs, education and acquantance with

some precepts or, in other words; the implementation of these precepts.

Family education (point 7)Family is a natural organization, which relations deeply infringe on everyindividual: one’s intimacy.

School is not a natural organization but a cultural one and, through culture,it provides support to parents in students’s education process. However, parents , as their child ren first educators, and living with them with in thenatural institution that is the family, develop in education, its characterist ics.It is really about developing good habits that are human vertues . Thisstands as an important reason to devo te intentionally onese lf t o t hedevelopment of human vertues, specific to the family.

With school education (point 8), the child is taught to reason by means of toolssuch as mathematics.Professional education (point 9) provides for the learner an expertise. Ethics(Point 2) is a process that enables human to know himself, i.e. to determinehis six positions on the quantitative ladder of human six dimensions, andto make progress himself.

Overview of chapter II   Resources tomake progress on thequantitative ladder of

    human six dimensions

    .

The resources wehave to make progress on the quantitative ladder of  human six dimensions are the following:

    1)   knowledge of  our actions effects or the third party’s ones onus,

    2)   ethics3)   morals,4)   customs,5)   business culture,6)   religion,7)   family education,8)   school education,9)   professional education, etc.

Points 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are rom the same  level of knowledge.   The   subject has   a   notion   of risks,   or consequences.

Concerning Point 2, it is from another order  of  knowledge. Wehave a notion of  causes.

    Classification

    of thetypes of

    knowledge

    acquired

    Valéry , Paul

rom some previous considerations mentionned, we observe or report that there are three ways of acquiring knowledge and threetypes of cognit ions.

Observation, is the first way to acquire knowledge, it is to note the effects

on oneself from one’s own actions or third parties’s ones on oneself. This

    way is long and exciting.

The second way to acquire knowledge is the one that is trasmitted by a more

knowledgeable person, a wise person or someone we consider as such(parent, teacher or professor, priest, supervisor, notables, manager). This

way is fast. However, our personal experience must validate any knowledge

acquired this way. In addition, we have to be sure that it is coherent with the

environment in which we are going to put it into pract ice. I f not, we are

taking the risk not to adapt to the context or to the period. Subject to it, this is

the best way to access knowledge. Moreover, this is the reason why, our

community with schools and other learning centers formalized this way.

Knowledge revealed by a more knowledgeable person, f i rst r equ ires

be in g careful in order to receive and critically analyze then believe. The third way to acquire knowledge is to practice ethics. This practice of ethics,I call ethics_based approach, helps to know the causes of some dificult iesencountered in life and their consequences on oneself, on third part ies or  o n the comm unity. It also enables to take into considerat ion somecircumstances, different actions or possible scenarios, to assess them andhaving as criteria; on the first hand, coherence between intentions and wordand on the other hand coherence between word and actions. In practicalterms, the ethics_based approach helps to develop the vertues of carefulnessand justice at the level of actions, courage and temperance at the intentionslevel.

A more in-depth analysis of the decision-making process shows that there are four stages in the decision making process that come or not to act ion or to human behavior.

Like the basic analysis, there is first intention, secondly reflection (the though t o r theobject (what the subject thinks about) or what is said about our thoughts) what comes

As far as the third point is concerned, it is about determining theconsequences o r wrongs caused to us o r tostake holders for every possible action.

At the intention level, i t is important for the

sub jec t to ve rify that there is a coherence

between his intention, what he says and whathe does to dete rm ine that the eth ic value o f  the intention is good. Any way, those whoobserve you have for main judgment criterionof your actions coherence between what yousay and what you do because, generally, theydo not get to your true intentions therefore, theimportance of communication.

Moreover, since only intentions motivate or move people to take action, what if what yousay is not coherent with your intentions, theywill record it in the incoherence observedbetween your words and your actions or  demeanors.

At the second s tage leve l o f the dec i s ion making p rocess, i.e . reflection aboutdifferent possible actions, it is essential to observe the presence of the vertue of  carefulness.

At stage 3, we are looking for the consequences to every act ion considered at stage2 (reflection). At this level, the presence of the vertue of justice will be essential anddecisive for the choice of the most relevant action.

C oncerning stage 4 for the decision m aking proces s, the context, it is abo ut

T heresearc h of the presence of  vertue is not necessary at th isstage. Indeed, this is ac on straint that is im pos ed o nus and fo r backg round, e th icscar ries our liber ty , if we do nothave a choice to make, there is

The assessment and the choice from the final and good action from an ethics tandpoin t will be determined through the one that possesses a good coherentintention. Moreover, keeping the vertues of temperance and justice criteria, i.e.wiseand which evils caused to oneself an d to on e’s fellow creature are minimized or reduced to zero and wh ich makes sure the impac t o f the con text is m in im ized or  transformed into opportunity.

As far as I am concerned, reasoning cannotbe the absolute ground for judgment becausereasoning can be subjective, so reason ingcan have some grounds objective reasoningis not able to cope with. I can exemplify withthe perpetration o f the Jews holocaust bythe Nazis (even though happiness, is whenyour actions comply with your words(Gandhi)).

I am going to deal in further details with this

    Roch Hachana, 16a

Tobehappy, we have to put into practice a simple procedure:

    1.

    Think

    before

    taking action

    2. Think after

    action

     coming full circle)

    3. Control

    coherence between

    our concealed intentions

    and

    the ones

    revealed to

    our consciousness or

    to others

    .

    4. Control

    coherence between

    our revealed intentions

    to

    our consciousness or to others

    and

    our

    actions.

    5.

    A flawof

    coherence

    is

    the

    omen of a

    coming

    problem before

    action) or

    a current

    problem after

    action).

    6.

    Every

    flaw

    of

    coherence will make

    you discover

    a

    law of

    nature

    .

    7. Take the

    resolution

    to

    implement

    it in the future.

    8.

    Verify

    that

    itsapplication

does not result in the occurrence

    of

    the problem that is

    linked to it

    according to

    the

    discovered

    law of nature

    .

    9. Then validate

    this

    law of nature

    and

    put it into practice

    from

    now on.

The compliance with this procedure will enable

    you

    to better know

    yourself

    , what

    w i l l l e a d

    you

    to

    better accept

    your

    failures and

    emo

    tions. However, y

    ou

    observe that knowledge of the

    laws

    of

nature discovered through the method will enable

    you

    to take action

    in order

    to avoid

    a

    re-appearance

    of related

    problems or

    to

    utilize

    t h e m f o r

    your advantage,

    what will make

    you happier

    .

The problems and the emotions that derive from it will then beperceived as your progress resources and not as misfortunes, and there ,you will be involved in your fulf ilment, the fulfilment that any human looksfor.

A more in-depthanalysis of the decision-making process shows that thereare four stages in the decision-making process that come or not to theaction or  to human behavior .

Like the basic analysis, there is first intention, second reflection (thoughtor  object (what the subject thinks about) or what is sa id of  our thoughts)that come todifferent possible actions.

Third point,   determination   of the consequences of   different possibleactions (scenarios) and finally, fourth point, the consideration of the context.

Furthermore, the presence of  vertues of  temperance, courage and justiceis necessary at the intention stage.

At the second stage level the decision-making process, i.e. reflection aboutdifferent possible actions, it is necessary to observe the presence of thevertue of  carefulness.

Finally, at stage 3, the presence of the vertue of  justice will be essential and

uman by essence must uti lize his SIX capacit ies that are thinking, speaking, tak ing action, enduring obstacles, reasoning and communicat ing with theTranscendent. Chapter IV just develops the attitudes that the wise human must

have in order to carry out actions that will bring about fewer problems not only at hislevel but also at the level of the fellow creature and at his environment as well.Exper ience shows us everyday that different people, in similar situations, do nota lways t ake the same dec is ions and the same individual w ill almos t eve r ac tthe s am e way to sett le identical problems, i f we make the assumption that he hasnot acquired new knowledge and has not examined himself. Furthermore, human

works show us the in-depth relationship that exists between the person that performsan act ion and works carried out. Overall , works tell us about the author. The humanthat does not use the tools of the ETHICS stated in chapter IV is gett ing ahead of  many disappointments, unless he has acquired the necessary knowledge to takeaction through religion, professional practice, customs etc.

The tool we presented in chapter IV enables every human to reach by means of hisown resources certain revealed or scientific truths, and most of the knowledgenecessary to have good relations with his fellow creature or cause to fructi fy hisbusiness. Ethics is an appropriate resource to validate most of the truths revealedby Jesus Chris t and concern ing human relations and human actions scope andconsequences.

The tool uses human six capacit ies.

Here are human evolution different stages (the ladder of human development.):

    Baby--> Puberty -->Teenager -->Adulthood --> Ethical human --> Perfect human.

By using ethics, the adult human evolves towards perfection, perfect human.

    Ethics Code

Through his fel low creature’s works, human can guess h is in tentions but he may notknow them with certitude. Conf idence is es tab li shed when his fe llow creature’scoherence between th e facts and the gestures m atches his words an d a ss um edintentions, basis of harmonious social relat ions among individuals. Ethics enables toknow in advance in a situat ion or another, the consequences of his act ions or those of  others, the deep causes of events and their impacts on parties involved. This preliminaryknowledge is an asse t because it helps to endure d ifficult obs tac les of l if e and tobetter understand his personal demeanors or those of his fellow creatures. Ethics is asafe way to have harmonious re lations with one’s fel low creatures (family members, colleagues or collaborators or direct supervisors at the professional level) and finally

friends (at the level of life in community).Knowledge of ethics enab les human to discover two natural laws that will helphim acquire more quickly the four cardinal vertues that are cautiousness, strength, temperance and justice and always be happy whatsoever the events or  obstacles encountered.

Both natural laws are the following:

    - 1) Suffering + Acceptance

    of

    suffering = 0,

    - 2)

    Problems of life

    + Reflec tion >= 0 .

We have to implement them even though we have not understood the m yet ,they will have the same effects on you and over the people who have a lreadyunderstood and put them into pract ice.

Indeed, the first natural law means that suffering, weight of sins, pain, renunciationthat any human knows, when accepted, lead to the eliminat ion of th is suffering.Be careful, suffer ing referred to here is not physical suffering. If a human issuffering from cancer, has pains caused by this disease, the acceptance of th issuffering will not get rid of the pain..

The second natural law means that the preliminary reflection or otherwise enablesto avoid problems or to change the occurrence of these problems into an opportunityto make progress on the ladder of the human development .Science or beliefs in GOD deal with the same real it ies in different words, but ethicsconciliates both worlds by enabling every human to discover through ethics tools, stated in chapter IV, these same Christian or scientific truths.

We know that thought is prior to action. Between thought and action, a certain timeelapses. This is the one related to reflection. On the f irst hand, our act ions canhave good or bad consequences over others. On the other hand, the latter can

appreciate or not what we did. Moreover, their react ion can be harmful to us if theythink that we went beyond certain bounds. This is the reason why, we should think(simulations of the true act ion) before act ing.

Any way, we a lways make a s imu la tion before tak ing ac tion:

    1) Some think a lot and never act because they consider manyassumptions. For them, there are sti ll many risks to take action.

    2) On the other hand, some think very little before taking action. The time betweenreflection and action is short. They are sometimes considered as impulsive, theyare sometimes misled.

    3) Others think very fast . They can make a lot of s imulations or reflect ions withina very short time, make a dec is ion and take action by being less mis led. This isthe example of real Experts. Expertise itself derives from one of the followingcases:

    a. We made many mistakes in the past. In addition, we experienced byfumbling, trying and making errors. This is expertise fromexperience. All thosewho take time to think about their actions after taking action, will end up oneday by becoming experts. This way is long and time consuming.

    b. We learnt something intellectually, and then we verified it throughpractice. This enables to build our conviction and to integrate this knowledgeinto our reactions reflexes pool. In a similar situation, our brain identifies apossible senario that it has already experienced. It therefore directly recallstheacquired reflexes. We then have the right reactionin front of an issue (goodbecause results show it). However, we cannot always justify the reason whywe acted like this because reaction comes from very far, from our subconscious. This path is quick; this is the one that is given priority to by thenovice, thedisciple, the professional soccer player, etc.

    c. Some situations were observed for ages and some connections of causeand effect made. Some time has been taken to sufficiently verify it to know that theseconnect ions are true. They were integrated into our reflection pool. Confronted withcauses s im ilar to the ones observed, the b rain d irectly connects between thecurrent si tuation and the consequences in a more or less remote future.

-I- If these people convey well their convictions to other peoplein their environment and their project ions turn out to be accurate, they are considered visionary people.

-II- If they do not succeed in convincing their fe llow creaturesabout their convictions on future, they are considered dreamers inthe best case senario. They are not considered pragmatic people,

they are theor ists ….In the worst-case senario, they will be considered crazy people.

     Remarks

We observe that predictable outcomes are influenced by former experiences we havein memory. Every time we increase our experiences, we improve our capacit ies to anticipate thefuture and then to control i t and thereby to better manage our l ife.

After several simulations of actions in the brain (or reflections or arguments), if we thinkt h at the p red i ct ab le e ffe cts are tho se re qu ire d, th en we take actio n. Howe ve r, if we h aveacquired the vertue of carefulness, we talk about it to people wiser or more experienced than weare to get their advice. Words reveal all or part of the mind, intentions and objectives that perhapswe want to conceal. Speaking toofast, we give t ime to the people opposed to our projects to getready for bad surprises. On the other hand, some will be able to appropriate it. Within a contextof censorship, suspic ion or compet it ion, i t would be imprudent to disclose our intentions toanybody. Moreover, we must analyze the content of our words. This is the reason why the maximsays that we have to think carefully before speaking. Another consequence of our words is thatwe use them as an element for those who observe us to compare our actions. A gap between

these two data i s a hin t o f lie. Th is m eans th at b efore sp eaking , we have to m ake s om esimulations or reflections or reasoning in our brain to identi fy the predictable results of our words.

    3.

Strictly speaking, action occurs outside our brain, this is what shows the outgoingarrow from the brain to the rectangular   « Take action   » of the real world. In this world, our actions have some real effects. And these ones may not be appreciated. To limit this risk, itis therefore recommended to speak of our intentions before taking action. This enables toprobe how it will be received later. These new data enrich our heritage of knowledge.Combined to all the ones that existed beforehand, they enable to correct predictableoutcomes before taking action.

    4. This capacity to determine in advance the predictable effects of our actions and wordsenables us to accept more easi ly the real effect of our actions and words. Why? Simply becausewe kno w th e e rror s o r cau se s th at ge nerated th es e e ffec ts an d th en th e c ertitud e that th eresolutions we are going to take after a fai lure will exempt us in the future from the samedisappointments. This comforting expectation eliminates the negative effects developped in us byour fa ilure but keeps the lessons of this exper ience that could enable us to be wiser in the future.

    Ethics Code

    Overview of chapter VEthics

    Code

Human by essence must utilize his six capacities that are:  thinking, speaking, taking action,   enduring   obstacles,   reasonning   andcommunicating with the Transcendent. Everyday, experience shows usthat different people, in similar  situations, do not always take the samedecisions and the same individual will almost always act the same way

tosettle the identical problems if weassume that he did not acquire newknowledge anddid not examine himself.

Practice of Ethics enables human to discover  two natural laws that willenable h im to acqu ire quickly the four  cardinal vertues that are quicklycautiousness, strength, temperance and justice and be always happywhatever  the events or obstacles encountered. The two natural laws arethe following:

    - (1 ) Suffering + Acceptance of suffering = 0,- (2 ) Problems of life + Reflection >= 0

They have to be implemented even though we have not understood themyet, they will have the same effects on us as on the people who have

already understood them  and utilize them. Indeed, the first natural lawmeans   that suffering,   sorrow,   pain,   renunciation   that   any   humanexperiences when he is accepted to be led to the elimination of thissuffering. The second natural law means that the preliminary reflection or after  enables  to avoid problems or  to change the occurrence of theseproblems into an opportunity to make progress on the ladder of  humandevelopment.

A s I wrote before, human is defined by his capacity to more or less:

    1)

    Think

    ,

    2)

    Speak

    ,

    3) Take action,

    4) Endure obstacles,

    5) Reason,

    6) Communicate withthe Transcendent

Furthermore, human is different from an animal because thought precedes act ionand th e absence of refle ction (reason) often leads to disappointm ents. Thequestion that co mes to the m ind is the n to know which nuance can be statedbetwe en Th inking and R easonn ing. Indeed, Th inking is the photographic

impression of the future action considered, whereas Reasoning is to compare severalimpressions of different future act ions in order to choose the best. I am going tothen show how to utilize the power of e th ics tools to acquire knowledge, better  know ourselves what enables to control ourselves, better know others or partiesinvolved in our act ions and increase our vertues by act ing well according to moralphilosophy.

Because of this, before taking act ion any human must carry out:

    1)

The inventory of what he thinks about his innermost, what his in-depthintention is.

    2)

The inventory of d iffe rent possib ilities or actions like ly to be asserted inorder to reach the objective carried by his intention (scenarios).

    3)

The inventory of the consequences of every act ion or scenario identi fied atstage 2 related to parties involved and to himself

    4) The inventory of the character istics of the context in which each of thescenarios determined at stage 2 will take place.

The second phase consis ts , after inventories, in looking over to verify that the

different elements identi fied are per se good.

    Methodology

Maxims and Thoughts, Characters and Anecdotes (1795)

Indeed, say ing that an in tention is good means on the firs t hand that it is notexclusively looking for one’s interest at the detriment of the parties involved in our action. It is accu rate and carries its elf the ve rtue of tem pe ranc e (we h a vecont ro l led our des ires in order not to g ive them prio tity as compared to those of  our fe llow creature). Moreover, on the second hand when it is expressed, transmit ted to a third party through words, it is not different from what we deeplythink and finally, our act ions are coherent with our words.

Saying that an action is good (good scenario) means that in the decis ion makingprocess up to the realization or determination of th is action, there is a quest of  in formation, a reflection to assess the pos itive or negative consequences for  onese lf and fo r o thers befo re making the dec is ion to carry out th is ac tion. Toalso request advice to the most knowledgeable person, analyze and finally makethe cho ice of the dec is ion before acting. As I have already wr itten it, the contextis a constraint we must take into account in our analysis in order to choose the bestact ion to perform our intention.

At this level, stages 2, 3 and 4 are carried out together.

Another question we wonder about is to knowhow to carry out the inventory through thefour points taking into account time factor (Notion of celerity)

As far as I am concerned, I th ink that you must not be uselessly st ressed for

th is p roblem because p rac tice will enab le you to op tim ize th is paramete r.

However, you must not forget that if to gain t ime, you decide not to look over the

you lose the time you wanted to gain by going wi thout the ref lect ion phase on the

After an act ion that ended in a failure or a success, we must make again this sameanalysis to discover the causes of our fai lures or successes.Jot down, our in it ial intent ion, what we expressed according to us, and final theaction carried out.

We will always observe that the only indicator that characterizes our failures is thatour intention is not coherent with what we said about it; there is no truth in our point. This lack of courage detected, we have to learn for our future relations withthe same in terlocutors to verify that our words are in connection with our deepintentions; otherwise, we are going to face again new disappointments.

At our success level, we wil lalways observe thatcoherence between our intentionsand words is the most important indicator. This is the reason of finally reachingwhat we were looking for so intensely in our innermost that makes us happy. Then, we must first th ink before any action and examine ourselves as Pythagorereco mm end s i t in his golden verses. Ethics tools will enable you to better knowyourself, know your interlocutors, know the causes of your successes and failures, learn from failures and successes, not undergo events, not be demoralized byfailures or obstacles but change them into an opportunity for future success andthen progress on the royal way of our development and then fulf ilment . Here is Pythagore’s quotation related to self-examination.

Do not accept to sleep With your soft eyes,Before you have examined

Each of your actions of the day: Where did I commit an error?

What did I do? What did I fail to do that I was not supposed to? Starting with the first point

Go up to the end; … (22)

… You will see that the problems that consume humans

     Are the result of their choice (30);

Moreover, that these miserable people are seeking far from them

The assets they have the source (31).

You observed that I used two natural laws of life al l along the exposé on themethodology, i.e.:

    - (1 ) Suffering + Acceptance of  suffering = 0,

    - (2 ) Problems of life + Reflection >= 0.

    - VI -

    Methodology

    (1) Self examination to seek the causes of one’s failures is an acc eptance of  suffering once suffering vanishes giving way to the happiness of the discovery of a treasure: I know how to do to succeed the next time the identical experienceoccurs or to utilize the new technical discovery to start a new business with major fortunes of success.

    (2) Life is a seque nce of problem s to b e faced with ; a series of reflections toanalyze and discover the different laws of nature that explain the deep causes of  these problems may not but be for our benefi t. Because discovering the causes of our problems is the key that leads to our success. Indeed, we will observe every

time that when our intentions are to serve sincerely our fellow creature, we drasticallyreduce our p roblems and inc rease at the same time our permanen t s tate o f  happiness that we transmit to those who meet us on their route.

    Methodology

    Overviewof chapter VI

    Methodology

Beforeany action, make the inventories of the intentions, the actions likelyto beasserted to reach the objective carriedbyour intention (Scenarios),the   characteristics of the   context in which each of the   scenariosdetermined and the consequences of every action or scenario identifiedwill take place. The second phase consists after the inventories in lookingover to verify that the different identifiedelements are intrinsically good.

Indeed, saying that an intention is good means on the one hand that it isnot only lookingfor its interest  at the   detriment  of the  parties involvedin our  action and there is a coherence between our  intention and our words as well as between our words andprojected actions.

Saying   that an action  is good (good scenario)  means   that from thedecision-making process  up to the realization or determination of thisaction, there is a quest of information, a reflection to assess the positiveor negative consequences for ourselves and for others before taking thedecision to carry out this action. To also request advice to the mostknowledgeable person, analyze and finally make the choice of thedecision before acting.

The context is aconstraint that we have totake into account in our analysisfor thechoice of actionthe best to be made in order tosatisfy our intention.

After an action, that ended in a failure or a success, we have to make

again this same analysis to discover the causes of our failures or

successes (this is the self examination stage).

If the pat ient continues not to exercise, he can be hypertensive or diabetic. That wi llafterwards have some consequences on his health and possible death. If by chance,he does not pass away, he will constantly become unhappy. A human who pract icesethics and physically exercise, who enables the blood to circulate well wil l alwaysbecome happy despite the problems he faces because he will know how to change

them into his advantage. To be happy we have to set up an essential goal:

    • self examination everyday to determine the causes of our failures and  successes and take resolutions to put into practice the lessons we learn from.

The lessons we are going to determine are in fact laws of nature that, once put in topractice, will set up our m in d an d b ody. Setting u p our m ind is an increase of our  capacity of reflect ion, putt ing into memory t ricks to settle problems, the growth of our happiness, our fulfi lment to have discovered the secrets of life, and the motivation tocarry on to exercise self examination.

Do you not believe it! I took into account these parameters; indeed, the thinkingsubject will be able to discover in the events of his life favorable or unfavorablehazards. My ambition is not to lis t down in the book the whole laws of nature, theframework of this book will not be able to reach this objective because there aremany laws of nature, and Christ revealed the essential. You radiate an internal force that fascinates your close relatives and nothing in this world can withstand such force. He relates to a world above bounds. By reading the new testament of the catholic Chr is tian Bib le , the pagan will be surprised to observe that Chris tmade these discoveries over 2000 years ago.The ethics tools I talked to you in chapters IV, V and VI, will enable you to changeand improve the perception you have about things in life.

Man is by essence a transformer. He transforms what he sees and feels into idea, object of thought. This object of thought may not be the true ref lection of the real itybecause of the knowledge we have about things, our expériences, etc.

The practice of ethics tools, however, will have the advantage to take you li tt le byli tt le to tend towards the ideal transformer, who perceives things and representsthem in a report that debrie fs with no error the characteris tics of the true object.

If your reflection is trashy, you will a lways th ink the same way and then you willnot make progress at level 1 of human development. The variation of your thought

The eth ics_based approach tha t consis ts in understanding the causes of  y ou r prob lem s i.e. knowing the c auses of your prob lem s, is ty pically anapproach that is provided. This is self-sacrif ice; this is a movement towardsthe others, the job and the environment . The absence of the eth ics_basedapproach is typically selfishness or idleness. This is a withdrawal. You donot devote youself, you do not think, i .e. You do not really reason becauseby thinking, you make a basic assumption to satisfy your interests. Reflectionis biased, it is not c om ple te and then cannot enable to r e al ly developi tse l f and durably. The true ref lect ion must put into balance your interestsand those of people who are impacted by your behavior and the in terests of  your environment. The true ethics_based approach is self-sacr ifice; seekfirs t to do good to you r fe llow creatures, t o you r commun ity , i n o rde r no tto deteriorate your environment and to yield at the end of the process thebenefit of your action. This is the same th ing as p lanting peanuts . You have to sow to reap . Youperform a job and the result will become the yield of peanuts. The selfish approach is to ask natu re to p roduce peanut p lants withou tpreliminary effort coming from you. This small example helps me to showthe difference between self-sacrifice and selfishness.

    1. give receive

    2. ask ≠> receive

The first law says g ive; self-sacrifice necessarily implies that you receivewhereas asking does not necessarily lead to receiving. The eth ics_basedapproach enables to acquire love for your fellow creatures, your job and your environment. Love is the essential energy and the first for harmonious l ife andthen for fu l f ilment . Indeed in the eth ics_based approach, i.e . in the processof researching the causes of your problems or failu res and successes; youare careful with your intentions, with the perception you have from what yousee or feel, to the context, the consequences o f your actions on your job, your relations and people.

The indicators of incoherence you will detect will lead you to conclude that your  actions are good or bad and will lead you to change attitude in order to improve. Inaddit ion, without doing i t on purpose, you are going to begin to love everything youmeet in life , job, re lat ions, environments, problems, happiness, and failu res, absolutely everything.

Because what guides you is not to avoid problems, they are consubstantial to life, butto change them in to allies to love the object o r the relationship to the object thatdevelops these problems. Moreover, from then on, all the events of your life will besources of happiness and fu lfilment for you and those who get in to connection withyou at th e jo b, in th e fam ily relations, and in th e com mu nity. The eth ics_bas edapproach develops love through knowledge or the implementation o f lessonsacquired, or treasure keys discovered. However, you can love at f irst , this is like having fai th at f irst, and this will have thesame effects. Faith or love can be e ffective either by accepting i t m entally(willing ness) at first, or by taking actions that develop them within youunconsciously.

    Willingness

    .

We have already said that life is movement and you can only be in movemen t if youhave energy that mo tivate s you. Wil lingness or practice (taking action) develops li feor movement.

Therefore, at the beginning of the process of the ethics_based approach, we haveto believe in it or practice it. You will then develop love and faith (trust) necessary to build

it because unsuspected wealth you are go ing to acquire will be the evidence thatevery law I l is ted down in the book is true as well as other laws that the practice of  ethics will make you discover.

And as always the truth makes us feel free, nothing in this world will prevent youfrom living happy despite the hardships of life because the presence of love andfaith c leans up fears and doubts and gives you the necessary strength to gobeyond your bounds.

The ethics_based approach is self-sacri fice; nothing is demanded in return, i tgenerates love and faith, because faith always comes out of an exper ience of  meetings.

There is no true faith at first. Indeed, the ethics_based approach will have for resu lt to attract towards you your c lose relatives, who will look forward tounderstanding the reason why you are so different. Youwill then be able to explainthem your formula for them to be able to also benefit from the effects of theethics_based approach. Your objective was not to attract them but this will be aconsequence of this ethics_based approach, which, by essence, seeks to rally

more disciples. However, you could contrad ic t me that willingness is not practice. Indeed, willingness is human faculty who is endowed with i t to always take an action, whereas, practice is an achievement of this willingness.

Effect ively for anybody, willingness is not practice; th is is the reason why youhave problems. To know that will ingness is practice and implement it in your dailylife, indeed, requires from you necessary strengths to act, but will make you feelfree and happy.

The moral ethics_based approach enables you to be aware ofyour way of operatingin ternally , determine the causes of your failu res and take steps that will leadyou to success.

The ethics_based approach compels the adept of ethics to go beyond thinking,to question himself, to reason and look for the reason why he is acting such a wayin a specific context , the reason why he has problems, to discover alone thenatural laws which regulate us and which are the causes of our difficult ies.

When you have to take a dec is ion or before acting, always th ink by using theethics_based approach tools, do not trust at first your intuit ion, it will rather lead youto believe or perceive things from an egocentric point of view that only takes intoaccount your interests. By consider ing this perspective, you see that you do notsacrify yourself, it is not self-sacrif ice since you long for satisfying your interests, this attitude rather looks like someone who demands rather than sacrifies himself:you rather demand from others. The attitude that d o e s n o t r e q u i r e t h eeth ics_based approach wi ll a lways put you in to t roub les. Furthermore, thefocus on you, will lead you to g ive prio rity e ither to your weaknesses or to your  strengths, which in any case will not help you settle problems forever.

Indeed, the one source of solu tions to the problems is self-sac rifice and notdemanding. As a human, you need th ree kinds of food. Your men tal needs spir itual foods

(what you learn) , your body physical food (what you eat, drink, hear, feel with your corporeal senses) and your internal se l f emot ional food (happiness, sadnesss, fulfilment, etc).

makes the individual live and progress in all the six dimensions of the humandevelopment.

Your emot ions indicate the state of your fulfi lment or suffering; i.e. happiness, sadness, anger, fear, demotivation, revolt, rebellion, refusal to face realit ies, fromfear to lose what you possess, what you can get from your actions, from third partiesor from the environment.

A pos itive emotion such as happiness motivates you even more . A negativeemotion such as sadness demotivates you even more.

The e th ics_based approach enables you to understand that emotions are thenatural effects of your relations to your job, your environment, your community

and your fellow creatures. You cannot do anything. If you get hurt, you will shedblood, this is natural; you can stop bloodshed by using a tourniquet o r by us inganother means, but you cannot decide that an injury will not result in bloodshed;this will be against the laws of nature.

This is the same thing at the ethics_based approach level, its practice leads you tounderstand that what you feel emotionally in some events is normal, and there isno harm to feel it . However, the ethics_based approach shows you that it isessential to forget about emot ions i f you want to be effic ient in your ref lect ion.

In addit ion, the best technique not to be influenced by your emotions is to acceptthem. The simple fact of accepting them keeps your capacity of reflection, which isessential to s tar t the eth ics_based approach. You must therefore go beyondemotion.

You have to act every day in such a way that pos itive emotions become muchmore than negative ones. Moreover, when your emotions are negative (indicatorswhich tell about the appearance of a problem), you record them and then look for the causes that brought them about. Then you act for these causes not to appear anymore or by transforming these causes into an opportunity or by accepting thesenegative emotions as natural consequences of the law of nature. From then on,you keep your good humor.

If, on the contrary, you do not accept your emotions, you run the risk to be invadedby stress that can make you sick. If no act ion is undertaken to control them, theycan for sure, lead you to take some actions that will have serious consequenceson you. Think about it.

The ethics_based approach fosters you to totally give up yoursel f to others, toyour job, to your environment without any expectation from them. You become freeand then happy. What you get after from them is the result of the law of nature whichsays this: «Whoever gives receives or whoever sows reaps».

It is not the quest for benefits that guided you in the process of the ethics_basedapproach, but the fact of reducing problems or an ih i la t i ng t he e ff ec t s o f  problems on you, your fellow creatures and your environment with the v iew of  ke ep in g your serenity over the time.

To negate your happy or sad experiences means that you are taking the positionof someone who demands. Indeed, if you get angry, it te lls the one who got youinto anger to act so that you become happy again, you get back to yourinitial state thatpreceded his action.

Your s tate of happiness then depends on others and on c ircumstances of life . Toaccept what the events, happiness, sadnesss, frustrations or anger provide for youand from then on, you free yourself up and get into the pos ition to make a goodanalysis that wil l result in a good comprehension of elements that caused thenegat ive or positive emotions and take act ion with the view of gett ing in similar conditions positive emotions in the future.

    Practice of The Ethics_Based approach

At the mind level, an individual who does not constantly think to analyzethe causes of his failures and successes with the view of improving hisrelations with his fellow creatures, his job and environment is subject toproblems that generate stresses. The ethics_based approach requires theadept of ethics to go beyond thought, to question himself, to reason andlook for the reason why he acts in this way in a specific context, the reasonwhy he has problems, to discover alone the natural laws that regulate us

and are the causes of our difficulties.Generally, when youhave not yet adopted theethics_based approach, youbehave according to the instructions of an internal self that regulates you.

The ethics_basedapproach achieves dimension 5 of man i.e.: Reason.

Your mental needs spiritual food (what you learn), your body, physical food(what you eat, drink, hear, feel with yourcorporeal senses) andyour internalself , emotional food (happiness, sadnesss, anger , etc).

Thinking or  idea or perception of  the true object (static) does not make theindividual progress; only reflectionor the ethics_based approachor thinkinginmovement really  makes the individual   live and progress   in all   the  sixdimensions of the human development.

The ethics_based approach enables you to understand that emotions are thenatural ef fetcsof your relations withyour job, your environment, your communityand your  fellow creatures.

    Le miroir of the soul

Indeed, any human who respects the process I have just drawn on the previouspage before acting or making a decision, including by testing the two controls of coherence checks if these same rules of coherence can be ensured to succeed ineverything he undertakes, to be always happy, confident and in good mentalhealth.

    Why

    am I making

    this

    assertion

    ?

As you certainly observed i t , all the six dimensions of man being referred to in thebusiness mould.

    Thinking:

In stage 2, forthe subject to find out solutions to the problem he has to face,he is going to think about dif ferent alternatives. If he is used to thinking, he willbe able to list down more possibilities than the one, who is not used to thinking beforeacting.

Happiness, is not to be loved.

     Every human being has love

for himself, and yet, there are

     thousands who live an

    unredeemed existence. No, to

     be loved does not bring

happiness. But to love, this is happiness!

Perpetual happiness is neverpossible but in sincer ity’ ’ .

    The word

► At stage 1, the subjectcan tell other people or himse lf his concealed intentions, byspeaking or writing them.► Yet, what is important atthis level is that he wonderswhether what he tells other

people or himself correspondsto his concealed intentions. The trap at this level is thatmost of the people consider what

     Locke, John

Philosophical Essay concerninghuman knowledge (1690), II, 21

they say as the truth of what they think deep inside themselves. This is wrong in99% of the cases when they do not have a true self-examination.► It is necessary to call upon consciousness to ensure that the quest for asolution to our problems will result in relevant solutions.► Indeed, unfortunately for us, what will lead us in our behaviour is not whatwe say or write but what we have in our subconsciousness and self-examinationenables to reveal.► To know our true motivations, three questions have to be raised:

As long as happiness is to live,

we must then admit it both in

     distress and in delight and

     sometimes into trouble

    The necessity to seek real

     happiness is the basis of

     our liberty

► At stage 3, the subject thinks about act ions to be taken to f ind out a solution

to his problem. At the end of the process (The ethics_based approach), this is the

good action carried out that will improve his relations with involved parties (fellow

creatures, companies, envi ronment) if the two controls of coherences have been

    validated at first then after.

► Indeed, when you observe that you have a relationalproblem or ifyou have failedin an action that you have undertaken, check again the two controls of coherence, you

will see that one of them is not validated.

     Happiness springs up

    is concealed within

     happiness.

Happiness is not a wild plant,

     that grows spontaneously like

garden weeds: it is a delicious

fruit that we develop so by dint

     of culture.
