The ESD Sl im VTM is designed to add value to a Smart Card by offering the customer many choices. They begin by inserting a Smart Card after which a credit card or a debit card can be swiped using the built- in pin-pad device. Next, the desired value to be transferred from the credit or debit card to the Smart Card i s as s impleas an input on the pin-pad and the transferprocess is complete. Because the ESD Sl im isequipped with an encrypted pin-pad, it wil lalso allow the acceptance o f pin-based debitcards and Electronic Benefit Transfer Cards (EBT).This is al l made simple through a user f r iendlyinterface that will assist the customer inengaging al l of the features offered. The pinpad device is ready to accept EMV credit cards(Credit cards with smart chips) . The ESD Slimis ready to accept NFC devices l ike Apple Pay,Samsung Pay and Android Pay.
