Hello, to all of you readers. After all the E-mails Ireceived last week about finding it hard to locate ournewspaper. I have invested in a few good samaritansfrom the county to watch our distribution boxes

closer, for either someone is stealing papers or we have just grown with a need to printmore copies. We will find out over the next few months..you can help by watching ifsomeone is trying to stop our city of FREEPORT Newspaper. If its a competitors

deliverer or just a selfish individual or two.

In this business you will see hills and valleys when distributing our lil town Newspa-per. However, lets catch who this is. We can prosecute for our Advertisers pay for theprinting of each Edition. Without them, there would NOT be a paper for you to enjoy.Thanks. BTWWe have combined online viewing for your convenience. But I do realizethere are many of the older folks that dont do computers out there. I thank you all for

your support to keep this moving forward into our future.

Now, many of you know me enough to know, I will tell it as it is. More than Trump

himself. And like him, I will back up every word I have written with facts or findings.

So, how much of this Racial non-sense are we going to deal with until it is over with? I

dont see it happening anytime soon. It will get worse, before it gets better. Im sure.

It appears as if a Civil war is going to break out across this country. We have too manyrefugees, immigrants, Muslims, Blacks and other race baiters causing a ton of trouble.

Legally and mostly illegally. I watched a video of this on the News and it is a

crock of (you know what).look it up on youtube. This Black woman, meantevery word she spewed against Whites, calling for a genocide while waving a Macheteand her finger on a pistol pointing at you watching the video. Aimed at us Crackas. Yetit wasnt intended to be racial? My ass. Even Farrahkan is calling out for 10,000 volun-teer Blacks to kill off white folks? Come on people, you must see how fast they are ra-cially dividing our system, country and our constitution. Yet they flip it around cause

they are Blacks saying this. Doesnt make it right, if she were white and said this? Therewould be rioting in the streets and protests calling to kill whitey and cops. Agree?

Woman Defends Screaming Open Season On Crackers FOX NewsMegan Kelly went Nuclear On Her.A Black woman who was arrested becauseof threats she made in a YouTube video against white people and police has now claimedthat the video was a reaction to threats made against her. Acting innocent now?Latausha Nedd appeared on The Kelly File with her lawyer at her side, of courseclaimed that the video that showed her declaring open season on cops and white peoplein general was stolen and edited such that her comments appeared out of context. But Megyn Kelly had some more general questions she wanted the F***YoFlagmovement activist to answer. So much hatred spewing from her own mouth?

How do you feel about white people? the Fox News host asked during the interview, video of which can be seen on youtube... I dont hate white people, if thats what youreasking me, Nedd said. I dont hate white people. I hate injustice, and I hate corruption, and I feel that the systematic killing of black people has to be addressed. For all that,

however, Nedd admitted to using cracker and similar racial epithets in the past.

The etymology of the word cracker comes from slavery when field slaves would notifyeach other when the overseer was coming. The sound of the crack of the whip, thats

where it comes from, Nedd explained.

Now, if Im being called a n*****, and no one seems to have a problem with that, whenI use the word cracker, now I become a terrorist? she asked. Im not sure where she gotthe idea that no one seems to have a problem with that. Nor do I think that her use of

the word cracker is really the issue here. But when Nedd said its open season on thecracker, that would appear to be a problem, as Kelly pointed out. Nedds lawyerdefended her use of the phrase as allowable under the right to free speech guaranteed by

the First Amendment. If so to be true, why hasnt the Whites fought back? Free speech?

He also tried to argue that Nedd hadnt done anything Kelly herself wouldnt have done

in the same situationa position with which Kelly obviously disagreed. I do too!

A lot of people who are watching the video say if that happened, if somebody hackedinto my Google chat and started saying nasty things about me, I would not respond byusing the terms cracker and its open season and all the stuff we went through, point-

ing the gun at the camera, finger on the trigger, Kelly responded.

She claims cracka isnt a racist statement because thats what the slaves called us for

when they saw us coming with a whip, cracka, the sound of a whip? Really? I urge eve-ryone to view these videos. Also, the videos of these unruly, out of control Black stu-dents assaulting teachers and school officers. The crap has hit the fan people. Each want-ing to blame Whites for their injustice of treatment of how they are acting? When youstrike a cop, guess what? You might just get shot, even killed. So knowing that, why dothey continue to push the limits and cause all this destruction just for attention? You go

find a new place to hide. Add the illegals and Muslims wanting Sharia Law here? Nope

    Military Veteran Football

    Coach Fired For Praying

    Now Hes Making Them

Pay, Big TimeAccording to recent reports, the Washingtonstate high school football coach who was sus-

pended without pay last month for refusing tostop praying after games is firing back. He has

just launched a lawsuit against the BremertonSchool District, claiming that they have vio-

    lated his First Amendment rights.

I spent 20 years in the military fighting todefend the Constitution, Joe Kennedy toldreporters. It didnt seem right that I wasntallowed to say a prayer with my guys after a

football game was over.Kennedys attorney, Hiram Sasser, claims that

just because his client is an employee of apublic school, does not mean that he loses hisright to public religious expression. Bremerton

does not see it that way.

Students required to be present by virtue oftheir participation in football or cheerleadingwill necessarily suffer a degree of coercion to

participate in religious activity when theircoaches lead or endorse it, district officials

commented.Still, Kennedy says he is standing up for whathe thinks is right and maintains that his

personal prayers are not about indoctrination, but rather a tribute to God for the wonderfulopportunity he has been given to lead his team.He was only being a Christian. Not enforcingthis, it was the players who joined in. Evenfrom the opposing team joined hands to give

Thanks to God as he has always done before.

This was of everyones own free will to join in

after the game at the 50 yard line. What do you think? Is Kennedy right? Should

coaches be allowed to pray after a game?

I think he should sue each school board

member individually! That way, when he wins

it won't negatively affect budgets for the

    students activities!

Punish the administrators, not the school

system! He did nothing wrong in the USA.

    Red tide confirmed in Florida:

    What you need to know

Red tide is a naturally occurring, higher-than-normal concentration of micro-scopic algae. In Florida, the species that causes most red tides isKarenia

brevis. This organism produces toxins that can affect the central nervoussystem of aquatic organisms suchas fish and marine mammals. Red tide toxins also pose a human health risk. The toxins can aerosolize and be carried to beaches with onshore winds, leading to respiratory irritation in people. Toxins can accumulate in shellfishand result in illnesses if contaminated shellfish are consumed. Shellfishharvesting areas are closed when blooms are present.Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) researchers are

currently monitoring two blooms along Floridas Gulf coast, one located innorthwest Florida and the other in southwest Florida. We confirmed the presence of both blooms in September, and they have

persisted since that time, said Alina Corcoran, FWC research scientist. Thebloom in the Panhandle is currently affecting Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton,Bay and Gulf counties. In southwest Florida, patchy blooms have beenconfirmed along Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee counties.Extensive fish kills and respiratory irritation have been associated with the

bloom in the Panhandle but in southwest Florida the effects have been less.Red tide public health tips:People in a red tide area can experience varying degrees of eye, nose and

throat irritation. When a person leaves an area with a red tide, symptomsusually go away.People with severe or chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic

lung disease are cautioned to avoid areas with active red tides.

In some red tides, dead fish wash ashore; during these conditions it is advisedthat beachgoers avoid swimming in water where dead fish are present.

Pet owners are advised that red tide poses a risk to animals brought to thebeach. If a pet swims in a red tide patch at the beach, rinse off its fur and pawsas soon as possible with fresh water. Also, do not let pets eat fish or drink waterfrom the red tide.

Recreational harvesting of bivalve mollusks such as hard clams, oysters and

mussels from approved shellfish harvesting areas is banned during red tide

closures. To determine whether harvesting of shellfish is permitted in an area,

visit the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division

    of Aquaculture website.

FWC researchers work closely with partners, including Mote MarineLaboratory, the University of South Florida, Department of Health,Department of Agriculture and NOAA, to track blooms, share information anddevelop products that help to inform both citizens and scientists about bloomconditions.Citizen scientists play a vital role in tracking blooms. Volunteers can provide

the majority of water samples for bloom tracking in regions like thePanhandle, said Corcoran. For updated red tide status reports, to track blooms or learn more about red

    tide, visit

MyFWC.com/RedTide. To report fish kills to the FWC, contact the

Fish Kill Hotline at 800-636-0511 or submit a report online.

This is Killing More White, Middle-

    Aged Americans

Experts cite despair, especially among the least educated

A largely unnoticed "epidemic" is killing white, middle-aged Americans

in growing numbers, a new analysis reveals.Princeton University researchers report that the overall death rate ofwhite adults in midlife has risen sharply over the past 15 years, largely

because of drug and alcohol overdoses, suicide, chronic liver diseaseand cirrhosis of the liver. The tally is on par with the nation's AIDS

    deaths, they added.

"We sort of fell off our chairs when we saw that in the data, becausethat's just not what's happening elsewhere," said study author Anne

Case, a professor of economics and public affairs.

No other industrialized nation has experienced a similar deterioration inhealth during the timeframe studied -- 1999 to 2013, the researchers said

in background notes. Meanwhile, death rates of U.S. Hispanics andblacks continue to plummet.

Results of the analysis, funded by the U.S. National Institute on Aging, were published online Nov. 2 in theProceedings of the National Acad-

    emy of Sciences.

The study raises important questions about the future of white Ameri-cans in their 40s and 50s as they approach old age in worse health than

    the preceding generation.

"It happened very quietly," Case said. "The despair is really there. It's

just that the focus has not been on it."

Dr. Wilson Compton, deputy director of the U.S. National Institute on

Drug Abuse, said the analysis provides the first evidence that behavioralissues, such as misuse of alcohol and narcotic painkillers, are affectingthe overall death rate for an entire group of people often considered ex-

empt from such issues. "Pretty startling," he said.

"Now there are more people 45 to 54 dying from alcohol and drug poi-

sonings than from lung cancer," he said.

Using data from multiple sources, Case and study co-author AngusDeaton, a professor of economics and international affairs at Princeton, connected rising death rates to factors such as increasing reports of pain, growing psychological distress, more alcohol poisonings and greater

availability of prescription painkillers such as OxyContin and Vicodin.

San Antonio, Texas, I think they really wanted to come here, but Texas

has larger pocketbooks than Florida, so we move on and learn from our

experience with them and know what to do for the next group who may

consider Freeport. Many thanks to the City, County, and the State of

Florida for their offers to help try and bring them here. The Veterans Memorial Program will be held on November 11, 2015,

beginning at 2:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial, Freeport City Hall,

please come join use as we honor those serving and those who have

served. The annual Christmas Parade and Christmas Tree Lighting will

be held on December 4, 2015 with the parade beginning at 5:00 PM fol-

lowed by the tree lighting at 6:00, refreshments will be served and Santa

will be on hand to greet the kids. Also beginning that night the newly

renovated community center will be the home of this years Festival of

Trees sponsored by The Town Planters Society of Freeport and will run

through Sunday afternoon, also the Freeport Art League will be having

their first Art in the Park on Saturday between city hall and the commu-nity center, so the holiday will be in full swing with all of these events, be

sure and mark your calendars. The city has been dealing with some com-

puter problems which affect the water bills being sent late and the

amount being incorrect, please bear with us as we are figuring out the

problems and we are in the process of installing new water meters which

is part of the problem, we should be back on track in the near fu-

ture. The city council will only have one meeting in November and one

meeting in December due to the holidays, so mark your calendars to

come and join us as we bring 2015 to a close. My doors are always open

for your comments and views, please stop in to say hello.

    Risk of Seasonal Flu

WALTON COUNTYThe Florida Department ofHealth in Walton County (DOH-Walton) urgeresidents and visitors to take precautions to limit theirrisk of exposure to seasonal flu, an infection of therespiratory tract caused by the influenza virus.Compared with most other viral respiratory infec-tions, such as the common cold, influenza infectionoften causes a more severe illness. The most effective precautions we can take to fight

the flu are getting vaccinated and practicing goodhygiene habits like washing hands often, said DOH-Walton County Administrator Holly Holt. Contact your primary care physician ifsymptoms appear. The department encourages the following steps toavoid catching or spreading the flu:

    viruses change each year;

    cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash afteryou use it. If you do not have a tissue, cough andsneeze into your elbow to reduce spreading of germs;

    soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-basedhand sanitizer;

    showing symptoms of illness;

like illness, stay home forat least 24 to 48 hours after your fever is gone, with-out the use of fever-reducing medicine, except to getmedical care or for other necessities; and

as diabetes, heart disease, or cancer you may be at anincreased risk for more severe influenza andcomplications. Contact your healthcare professionalas soon as symptoms appear.Flu vaccines are offered in many locations, including

Airport GrantsThe city has received $234,270 from the FAA and $11,710from the FDOT for an environmental assessment that is re-quired in order for the east/west runway to be lengthened. Thecitys portion for this project is $11,720. This assessment will

provide all the information necessary prior to receiving stateand federal funding to actually lengthen this runway.

The city also received a 90% grant from the FAA to makesome necessary improvements to the runway surface area. These improvements involve repairing the erosion that has oc-curred on both sides of the first 1,000 feet of runway 9. Thetotal cost of this project is $180,301.Another grant that will cover 80% of an upgrade to the AllWeather Operating System (AWOS) for pilots to include thun-derstorm information and replace gate #4 (provides access tothe maintenance hangars located on the south side of the air-

port). Total estimated cost is $40,850 for both these projects. The replacement of the 100 low lead fuel tank at the airport as

well as the purchase of an Av gas fuel truck is yet another 80%grant received by the city. These two projects have an esti-mated cost of $321,800.

Skateboard ParkA $50,000 grant was received from the Florida Department ofEnvironmental Protection for a concrete pad at the skateboard

park. This is a 100% FRDAP grant but the city has budgetedan additional $20,000 to repair existing skateboard structures inthe park.

Sign CommitteeEarlier this year, the city council decided to form a committeeto review the citys current sign ordinance. This newly formed

committee held its first meeting on October 19, 2015. Whilethis committee has just begun the difficult process of develop-ing a sign ordinance draft for council approval, the committeemembers see the sign ordinance as a way to help businesses byrecommending a flexible ordinance, while maintaining theunique quality of DeFuniak Springs. This may include limitingthe number of signs and requiring old signs to be repaired. Oneof the goals of this com-mittee is to work posi-tively with both citizensand businesses to createa workable ordinancewith which we can alllive. Feds Rule to Force High School

Girls to Undress Next to Naked

    Boys Who Think Theyre Girls

The FED Govt. declared itself fit for the madhouse

by mandating that a Chicago high school allow afull biological male into the girls locker room forall purposes, including nudity. This biological male, the feds determined, was different because he thinkshe is a female.

The feds have ruled that the presence of a twig-and-berries in the girls locker room has been mandatedby Title IX of the Civil Rights Act. Yes, ladies andgents and non-cisgenders: it turns out that the battleagainst sexism enshrined in the ill-written Title IXwas actually intended to force underage youngwomen to look at the penises and testicles of men-tally ill boys. Progress. The U.S. Department of Educations Office forCivil Rights spent almost two years checking outthe Township High School District 211 because of

the transgender girl. He filed a complaint with thefeds in 2013 after the school refused unrestrictedaccess to the girls locker room. The district even-tually agreed to allow the boy into the girls room

so long as he used a privacy curtain while disrobing.

    Pain and Pancreatitis

Pancreatitis is inflammation in the pancreas. Thepancreas is a long, flat gland that is tucked behindthe stomach in the upper abdomen. A healthy pan-

creas produces enzymes that assist digestion andhormones that help regulate the way the body proc-esses sugar.

According to researchers at Mayo Clinic, pan-creatitis can become acute, which means it can ap-

pear suddenly and last for days. Chronic pancreatitisoccurs repeatedly over many years.

During normal digestion, the inactivated pancre-atic enzymes move through ducts in the pancreasand travel to the small intestine, where the enzymes

become activated and assist with digestion. With

pancreatitis, the enzymes become activated whilestill in the pancreas. This causes the enzymes toirritate the cells of the pancreas, leading to inflam-mation.

Mild cases may go away without treatment, butsevere cases can cause life-threatening complica-tions. Acute pancreatitis signs and symptoms in-clude upper abdominal pain, especially abdominal

pain that radiates from the front to the back andfeels worse after eating. Nausea, vomiting and ten-derness when touching the abdomen are also com-mon symptoms.

With repeated bouts of acute pancreatitis, damageto the pancreas occurs and can lead to chronic pan-creatitis. Scar tissue may form in the pancreas, caus-ing loss of function. A poorly functioning pancreascan cause digestion problems and diabetes.

If experiencing persistent abdominal pain, makean appointment with a physician. Seek immediatemedical help if abdominal pain is so severe thatsitting still or finding a comfortable position is not

possible.A large number of causes have been identified for

acute and chronic pancreatitis, including alcohol-ism, cigarette smoking, infection, certain medica-tions, abdominal surgery, gallstones, high calciumlevels in the blood and other, less common ailments.

A physician may order multiple tests to diagnosepancreatitis, including blood and stool tests, a com-puterized tomography (CT) scan, ultrasound andmagnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Treatment for pancreatitis usually requires hospi-talization. Once the condi-tion is stabilized in thehospital and inflammation

in the pancreas is con-trolled, the physician canthen treat the underlyingcause.

    Commissioner McCarty OrdersWorkers Compensation Rates

    Lowered by 5.1%

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.Florida InsuranceCommissioner Kevin M. McCarty has orderedthe National Council on CompensationInsurance (NCCI) to lower workers compensa-tion rates for Florida employers by 5.1%. TheOrdersigned Tues. is a disapproval of the

proposed 1.9% decrease NCCI included in itsrate filing. If the rate filing is resubmitted to theOffice by Monday, November 9thwith therequired changes, the Office will approve thefiling. Floridas workers compensationmarket is both competitive and affordable. Thisapproval would represent a 60% cumulativereduction in Florida workers compensationrates since 2003 and having competitive rates isa critical element in bringing new jobs to ourstate, said Commissioner McCarty. It allowsFloridas businesses to continue growing

economically, while helping injured workersget the medical assistance they need to return to

    work.

NCCI files on behalf of approximately 260workers compensation insurance companieswith Florida policyholders. A public hearingfor the rate filing was held on October 21,2015. Interested parties representing the roofingindustry and Professional Employer Organiza-tions (PEO) provided testimony on a variety ofissues to include expressing concerns about

potential fraudulent activity within the workerscompensation system. PEOs are third partyorganizations that provide services for manysmall business employers including providingworkers compensation coverage. The Officewill be working collaboratively with these

parties to learn more about how best to addressthese issues. The possible negative impact fromthese court case decisions ranges from render-ing the entire workers compensation system.

    CATASTROPHIC NATIONAL

    DISASTER IMMINENT? Why Has

the United Nations Purchased Most National

Parks and Targeting Major Cities in the USA?

The Truth Will Stun You!AS the Obama Regime childishly uses our NationalParks and Monuments as weapons against its ownveterans, citizens, and especially to threaten the Tea Party, and its values (The Constitution), few people are awareof the fact that we the people, United States citizens, donot control our own treasured landmarks. The United

Nations (of which most member countries are ourenemies) now controls most of our U.S. National Parksand Monuments including Yellowstone, the Everglades, the Washington Monument, the Statue of Liberty, ThomasJeffersons home at Monticello, the Brooklyn Bridge,Yosemite, and the Grand Canyonto name just a

few.while U.S. taxpayers still foot the bill.

Jon Doughtery of WND said, if most Americans knewwhat was going on (with their national parks), the uproarwould be deafening.Dougherty explains , (the U.N.)attempts to globalize huge portions of the United States

with taxpayers picking up the tab.Agenda 21 is aUnited Nations document that was signed by Clinton andBush that will allow the implementation of a one worldgovernment by gradually separating American citizensfrom their private property and redistributing the wealth

globally. Globalists like Obama, Hilary, internationalbankers and George Soros are using many means toaccomplish this including the implosion of the U.S.economy, the destruction of the U.S. family unit, and thefake science of man-caused (anthropomorphic) global-warming/climate change endorsed (knowingly andunknowingly) by the environmentalist (earth worship)movement. It is a well-documented fact that the U.N. is trying to gaincontrol over vast amounts of U.S. territories to herd more

people into cities where they are more manageable, saysHenry Lamb of Eco-Logica watchdog organization thatmonitors U.N. activities and U.S. sovereignty issues.Victoria Jackson.com

Life Changing Book SuggestionsBy Rian Lyday

The best advice I ever got was thatknowledge is power and to keep reading.

-David BaileyI am a reading teacher so of course I have to write acolumn about reading. What surprises me the most, ishow many adults have never taken the time to read agood booktime to escape into the world of books. Iwas asking some students the other day how many

books they had at home and how often they were readto by their parents/guardians. Most of them respondedwith a laugh or told me they hated reading. I rememberwhen I was young, my mom had to tell my brother andI to put the books away because there was no reading atthe dinner table. Can you imagine having that conver-sation now? I now we are all busy and life tends to getaway from us so I researched the following list and cre-ated 16 books that are life changers. Take the time foryourself to read one or more of these books. You will

be surprised at how words can take you places.
