    4.2 HHT Menu daigram

The keypad menu of HIDC uses a tree data structure as shown in Figure.

Door controller logo is displayed in the topmost node. It has 2 sub.menu, [MONITOR] and

[PROGRAM] [MONITOR] is composed of [BASIC], [I/O] and [ERROR] [PROGRAM] is

composed of [CONTROL], [INTERFACE], [FACTORY] Each menu has its own information

    according to the properties.

    5. Calibration The total moving length should be accurately measured in order to drive the door with

programmed Open/Close pattern. In case of first installment, replacement of a door

inverter or changing a parameter of [33_System_Ratio] or [36_Motor_Select] in

    [01_CONTROL] menu, CALIBRATION is required.

In case that a door operator is not standard or phase.order of motor is not

    incorrect, See details below.

    1. Make sure of connectors between door inverter and motor check the direction of

rotation of the motor while the door is being opened. If the direction of rotation is counter

clockwise, phase.order of motor and inverter is correct. If it is clockwise, change U.V.W

    phase.order to U.W.V phase.order.

2 . Make sure of the value of measured speed in [01_MONITOR/01_BASIC/02_FBK

RPM] connect the jumper of CON2 in inverter control board to 1.2 or 2.3 in order that

the value of [02_FBK RPM Rpm] is positive while the door is being opened.

    Check before Calibration

    1. Make sure connections of Open limit switch and Close limit switch are correct OPL

LED is ON when the door is opened fully and CLL LED is ON when the door is closed

fully in a state of correct connections.

    2. The parameter can not be changed with a fully opened door. Do the calibration with a

fully closed door or in the middle of opening/closing (OLS OFF and CLS OFF).

    Process of Calibration

    1. Adjust [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/38_Keypad_Run] to ON.

    2. Make sure of [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/36_Motor_Select]

    ( INT7I.UM = 400IM, INT7I.UH = 750IM )

    3. Adjust [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/35_Door_Type] to installed door type.

( Center Open = CO, Side Open = SO )

    4. Adjust [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/34_JJ] to JJ of installed door.

    5. Change the parameter in [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/32_Calibration] to "1"

    calibration will then be operated.

    6. After Calibration is finished, [PROGRAM/01_CONTROL/32_Calibration] is changed

to "2", [38_Keypad_Run] is changed to "0", [31_Total_Length] is changed to measured

total length of door and Door Inverter is in Auto Mode automatically. It is then driven by

    C.P command.
