Overview

ELCC Establishment The E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC) was established in 2004 by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in cooperation with Cisco Systems with the mandate of diffusing innovation and developing and delivering state-of-the art e-learning programs.

This (collaboration opportunity) came at the right time for us. We are going through tremendous change, our Country will survive the change but developing our people's skills is our main concern and top priority. Our second challenge is to help modernize our businesses to be able to compete. Two million SMEs representing 80 % of the Egyptian companies are in need of knowledge and training on how to run their business effectively. We have the will to sponsor these initiatives at the Government level.

Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif on the occasion of the inauguration of the center
