• Mexico had a rich cultural heritage before the

Spanish conquered it.

• Due to their conquest of Mexico, there was a rapid

spread of Christianity.

• European languages mainly Spanish were introduced.

• Their rich culture dates back to 1000 B.C.

• The Aztecs and the Mayans built pyramids and cities

which were far advanced than their time.

• The Sun Temple and Machupichu are an existing

proof of the rich architecture of ancient Mexico.

• Mexico has the largest Spanish speaking population

in world.

• Has Free Market Economy.

• The industries are food and beverages, tobacco,

chemicals, iron and steel, petroleum, mining, textiles,

The Spanish conquest of the Incas was one of the

most important events in histories.

Most of South America was under Spanish rule.

Now it is a combination of Spanish, American & The

Catholic music.

South American Art includes pottery, textile

weaving, & paintings.

• The Brazilian coast was claimed by the Portuguese.

• The first permanent settlement was made in 1532 at

Sao Vicent.

• About 75% people live in the cities.

• Native people still live in the Rain Forest.

• Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world.

• Important industries are textile and coffee.

• For people in Brazil the carnival is a important
