Report No. DS-2021-0001

Recommendation(s):

1. That Council receive Report No. DS-2021-0001 prepared bythe Economic Development and Tourism Division, DevelopmentServices Department and Economic Recovery Team datedJanuary 13, 2021 respecting the 2021 COVID-19 GrantPrograms and Temporary PatioProgram.

2. That Council approve the extension of COVID-19 GrantPrograms and Temporary Patio Program until December 31,2021.

3. That Council approve the use of the balance of the $60,000funding approved in 2020 from the COVID-19 Not-For-Profit/Charitable Organization Grant Support Program in theamount of $13,500 for continuation of the Program in 2021.

4. That the Economic Recovery Team continue to review andapprove all applications respecting the COVID-19 relatedprograms for the balance of 2021.

b. Ontario Water Centre - Update on the Lease Agreement 24

Report No. DS-2021-0004

Recommendation(s):

1. That Council receive Report No. DS-2021-0004 prepared bythe Economic Development and Tourism Division, DevelopmentServices Department dated January 13, 2021 respecting anupdate on the Ontario Water Centre Lease Agreement.

2. That Council provide direction to the Chief AdministrativeOfficer (CAO) to approve the use of Parcel D as indicated onAttachment 1 to Report DS-2021-0004 by the Ontario WaterCentre.

3. That the Ontario Water Centre provide an update in March2021 on the progress of installing municipal water and sewersto the property.
