The Constance K. Rife Scholarship Information and Application for Scholarship Applicants INFORMATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS The Constance K. Rife Scholarship is being granted by Mark Baumann and Simply Golf. Established in 2009, the objective of the Rife Scholarship is to provide a scholarship to a female high school senior who is an active member of a Nebraska School Activities Association recognized high school golf team, and is qualified for admission to a school, college, or university for full-time academic or technical courses. One (1) scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 will be awarded. SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA 1. Applicants must be female. 2. Applicants must be high school seniors accepted to attend a full-time course of study at an accredited school, college or university in the United States. 3. Applicants must have been an active member of a Nebraska high school golf team their senior year 4. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). APPLICATION CRITERIA 1. Completed and Signed Constance K. Rife Scholarship Application form. 2. One (1) letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor 3. A letter of verification from the applicant's high school golf coach confirming the applicant's membership on the golf team and level of participation. 4. Verification of applicant's grade point average from the school office. DEADLINE The completed application and all supporting documents must be postmarked by Wednesday, May 1, 2013.
