Areas: Site area : 6000 Sq.mts
Built up area : 2800 Sq.mts.
FAR : 3.5 %
• Parking in the site is provided in the m.o.s and in the basement of six story block.
Evolution of FORM
Shape of the form is such that to avoid corners in the building. Therefore first thought was the shape of triangle whose corners are curved and provided with sheared walls.
• Building is divided into two units-
One portion which is of 8 floors and the other portion of 6 & 3 floors.
Expansion Joints are provided between these two units.

Approximate load distribution
• Isolation rubber pads.
• Use of Reinforced concrete hollow blocks.
• Use of Pile Foundation.
• Providing bracing at different levels.
• Providing Vertical Reinforcement.
• Ball bearing in columns.
• Double layer of reinforcement in chajjas. (cantilevered)
• Shear wall along with the moment resistant frame take care of the lateral loads.
• Uniform distribution of loads.
• Opening are centrally placed away from the corners as far as possible.
• Providing extra vertical and horizontal reinforcement along opening of doors.
