• The congressional medal of honor is the highest award for valor and action against an enemy force which can bestowed upon an individual in armed forces of the united states
How do you get it?
• The three guide lines to getting the medal of honor are as follows
• While engaged in action against an enemy of the U.S.
• While Engaged in military operators involving conflict with an opposing foreign force
• While serving with friendly forces engaged in armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the U.S. is not a belligerent party
When was it signed, and by who?
• The bill was signed by Abe Lincoln on July 17, 1862.
