WHAT TO DO IF I AM UNSURE ABOUT MY PROM ATTIRE?
You have 2 options:1. Bring it to school, put it on and get
it approved by Ms. Caw , Mrs. Martin or Coach Rader
2. Take a digital photo of YOU in the dress/suit, both a front view and back view. Email or text pictures to Ms. Caw, Mrs. Martin or Coach Rader for approval.
PROM RULES
1. ABSOLUTELY NO IN AND OUTSIf you leave you will not be allowed to return.
2. You may bring a date that is not a CHHS student, but must fill out a date form. Outside dates must be under 21 years of age.
3. No entrance after 8:45pm4. Anyone found to be in possession of
drugs or alcohol at prom will be disciplined and will not walk at graduation.
5. No BARE FEET!!! If your shoes are going to hurt, bring a pair of flip flops!!!

PROM TICKET SALES
Prom Tickets will go on sale the first week in May
If you paid the $350.00 for senior fees, it includes YOUR prom ticket. If you did not then you must purchase a prom ticket at the regular price of $80.00. The price will not increase nor decrease in price.
All entering must have a ticket. Lost tickets WILL NOT be replaced! No refunds will be given.
NON CHISD PROM DATES
Prom dates who are NOT CHISD students will be required to fill out a CHHS Guest Information Form (available in forms section of the Sr website)
All NON CHISD students must have a valid picture ID. A school ID will work if the student is NOT 18, otherwise a state issued ID or Drivers license will be required.

SENIOR IDS
Senior IDs are required for those who paid senior fees in FULL
Anyone else must have current school ID and a ticket.
Lost Senior IDs can be replaced for a $5 fee. See Coach Rader if you need one.

MAY RULES FOR SENIORS
For each 2 dress code infractions, seniors will lose a senior activity in the following order:
1. Roll Bounce2. Senior Picnic3. NRH204. Senior Luncheon 5. Project Graduation6. Senior Prom7. Graduation

FOR Major infractions ( i.e. fighting etc.), students will lose any and/or all senior activities depending on severity of offense as determined by the campus administration.
This includes the loss of prom and/or the ability to walk with your class at the graduation ceremony.
2ND CHANCE FOR MAJOR INFRACTION
Community Service Hours – in addition to required hours.
Number of hours determined by administration. Location of service to be approved by Mr. Petty
No further disciplinary Actions This Includes dress code infractions.
No unexcused absences This includes individual classes as well as all day
absences.
No failing grades from that point forward. On Progress Report and Report Cards

Senior PranksAny prank that can/will cause bodily harm, financial loss or destruction of property will be considered a major infraction and will be disciplines accordingly.
This includes the loss of any/all senior activities and the ability to walk in the graduation ceremony.
GRADUATION!!!!!!
Commencement Ceremony:June 2nd , 2015 7:00pm UTA College Park
There will be no extra tickets available this year. Number of tickets will be divided by the number of graduates. Estimated number 10.
