• Two de novo lesions in the RCA • Moderate tortuosity and moderately calcified (Type B).

• 2.5mm x 20mm Chocolate® PTCA Balloon Catheter was used to predilate both lesions (16 ATM for 20 sec each)

• DES to cover both lesions – excellent final result
