What types of empathetic counseling interventions would you employ in working with this client that had three no-shows, cancelled two times, and late two times for mandated advisement appointments, and does not understand the gravity of his actions.?

Termination: I tried twice to terminate the mandated sessions by contacting my METRO Supervisor. The Supervisor decided to take his case. What would you do?
