Senior Medical Officer
The Senior Medical Officer provides clinical leadership, managerial oversight, and clinical program development for our medical group, GeriNet Medical Associates. Regional Medical Director
Our Regional Medical Director oversees patient care, staff development, and client relationships in the region. The RMD will be devoted approximately 75% to clinical care, including direct patient care as well as the clinical development of physicians and mid-level providers in the region.
Attending Physician Our Attending Physicians care for post-acute in nursing homes. Working in partnership with our Nurse Practitioners and supportive care team (MAs, RNs), our Attending Physicians provide and coordinate the highest quality care for our patients and their families. Northwest Human Services Seeking experienced health care medical professionals to provide expert primary care to patients at our busy Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center at our West Salem Clinic and Total Health Community Clinic in Monmouth, Oregon. Our clinics offer comprehensive primary care services to insured, underinsured and uninsured individuals of all ages and incomes. The clinics offer a sliding fee scale to provide discounted services for those with incomes under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Essential Duties and major responsibilities include providing primary care services to individuals and families in the community. Examines, diagnoses, and treats medical problems. Prepares appropriate treatment plans and provides follow-up and treatment as needed while adhering to clinic policy and procedures. Duties include outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. Qualifications include board certified or board eligible for certification in family medicine, completion of ACGME accredited three year residency program in family medicine and eligible for an Oregon medical license.
