Abstract The purpose of this paper is to construct the career education program for public servant applicants

focusing on the screening of Realistic Job Preview. This research is composed of three steps. The first step is the

review of previous research related to the transition from university to public servants and the Realistic Job

Preview Theory. The second step includes a quantitative text analysis of the Realistic Job Preview screening. The

third step is to construct the career education program for public servant applicants. This paper shows the

career education program for public servants applicant in Saga University based on the findings of this

quantitative text analysis. Furthermore, this paper also shows consideration about the way to support for

undergraduate students needing to change their public servants career vision.
