MOSAIC Improvements
The MOSAIC Global Ordering and Fulfillment System has recently (10 September) successfully been migrated to the new Software Defined Data Center (SDDC)
SDDC is the new J&J “fully virtualized” Data Center setup instead of the legacy datacenters (Singapore, Raritan & Beerse)
Titian released the Multi Instance Ordering (MIO) version of Mosaic
Global CL will move from Single Instance Ordering (Beerse) to MIO in week 12 2017 (Singapore, Raritan & Beerse)
Better performance of MOSAIC system in Spring House and La Jolla (ordering and fulfillment processes)
Upgrade will allow us to upscale the local fulfillment capabilities in Spring House and La Jolla
MIO will facilitate deployment of an integrated Asia-Pacific CL team
Sample Management System
Discovery Sciences
Hamilton ASM Plate Storage System Upgrade
• Extra storage module (+/- 2000 plates)
• Module will be the third one and installed on the left.
• Keeps plates @ 20°C and a relative humidity of 5%
• IMS monitoring
JukeBox MOTHER PLATE STORAGE
Discovery Sciences
STOCK SOLUTION STORAGE
Haystack Tube Storage System Upgrade
• Buffer upgrade: increase throughput (unattended operation overnight)
• Recap all tubes: remove hard plastic caps, put soft rubber caps in place
• Change for SBS footprint racks (now we are using non standard tube racks)
GuyLian
Discovery Sciences
MOTHER PLATE STORAGE
STOCK SOLUTION STORAGE
Tube/Plate storage system
Can store plates and tubes in the same environmental conditions (20°C, 5-10% relative humidity)
Will contain a copy of the Global HTS Library for the Octopus platforms
Will contain tubes of solubilized compounds for local Hit to Lead and Lead Optimization. When HtL & LO project is finished, these tubes will move to the Haystack Storage System(Beerse)
