The American Bison is an animal deeply rooted

in North America’s history. Their thick, brown

coat represents an underutilized natural

fiber with advanced technical properties.

However, due to supply chain challenges, it

has not been economically or commercially

viable to make products from – until now.

Introducing

Our Bison Collection was created for all

lifestyles – from city dwellers to

outdoor adventure seekers. And due

to the Bison fiber’s temperature

regulating, moisture wicking, anti-microbial,

and lightweight properties, we were able to design a

technically sound line that looks and performs great.

innovative form of insulation created by

United By Blue: The B100 Fill ™. With Bison

fiber as it’s core component, we blended

just enough recycled polyester to bond the

fibers together and give the insulation

strength necessary to last a lifetime.

They are easily compacted, yet resilient –

creating an insulation with high loft.

To bring the Bison Collection to life, United By Blue had

to build a supply chain involving dozens of ranches and

companies across North America - resulting in the creation

of the technical yarns and insulation used in our products.

Our jackets and blankets utilize an innovative form of

insulation created by United By Blue: B100 Fill™. With

Bison fiber as its main component, we blended it with just

enough recycled-polyester to bond the fibers together,

resulting in an ultra-warm and temperature-regulating

insulation with high loft and durability.
