With the examinaon coming up, the students of Grades 9-12 can follow these do's and don't's so as to help them prepare well.DO's1. Create a study schedule — and sck to it.2. Get enough food, sleep, and exercise while you are studying.3. Take as many pracce exams as you can under exam-like condions.4. Compare your answers with model answers or with your friends' answers.5. If your teacher offers to read your answer to a pracce queson, take advantage of it! This type of feedback is the best way to find out whether your answer is on the mark and matches the teacher's expectaons.6. Try alternave study techniques, including making flashcards or creang flowcharts.7. Make a spark sheet or checklist and use it to help memorize key terms and definions.8. Study each subject in small increments over a period of many days.9. Prepare for the exam by gathering supplies such as pens, pencil, eraser, ruler, geometry box etc.10. In the examinaon hall, stay focused and use the Reading Time in selecng quesons where there is a choice & planning your answers.11. Wait for the reading me to be over before you start wring the answers.12. Complete all the important entries on your answer sheet before you start wring the answers.13. Do not scribble on your Queson Paper.2. Do not remove the desk slip pasted on your desk as it is important for the Invigilator as well as you since it has your Roll No. menoned on it.3. Do not change your place in the examinaon hall and sit at the place alloed to you as per the Seang plan.4. Don't study all-night before an exam.5. Do not forget successful study techniques you used as a primary or middle class student. If you have a method for studying that has worked for you before, try it now too.6. Don't study for long periods of me without taking breaks. Studies show that the average person can only concentrate for 50 minutes. Aer

Sessious on Personal Hygiene - “Being Beauful” was conducted for girl students of classes 6 to 8, by the school counselor, Ms. Tanushree th

Sengupta on 6 October 2017. A similar session for senior girl students is also on the cards. The session started with the queson : What does being beauful mean? And was followed by a wonderful discussion. The girls did a fun

acvity of walking on the ramp amidst laughter and cheers. Important basic steps of keeping the body clean and hygienic was discussed

with pictures and audiovisuals. The Roune of SCRUB, BRUSH, WASH and FLUSH was reinforced. They had discussions about how Being

healthy also means having a posive mental atude, and making safe decisions about your body and behaviors. How it is important to be

healthy to feel confident, look great, and take care of your body! Personal hygiene is an essenal part of maintaining your health at any age, but especially important for teenagers. The teenage years are a

period of enormous growth and change. This period of me in an individual's life is especially sensive to physical and physiological

changes in the human body. During this me their hygiene requirements change dramacally in many ways.Somemes we assume that a teenager will somehow naturally learn what they need to know about hygiene, But that's not true. Someone

has to address the subject in a scienfic way and be open to quesons and discussions so that they understand how to look good and be

healthy. Kids with poor hygiene face consequences. Some are medical: they may be more prone to developing rashes and infecons. But

equally important, they may quickly become known at school for being dirty. That sort of bad reputaon can be hard to shake and

damaging to self-esteem. “You create Beauty with your Atude, Behaviour, Acons……..It's all up to you!
