Customized Package Dryers
The powerful and cost-effective Antti dryers use both the
MIXFLO batch drying method and the DUOFLO method,
which combines batch and continuous drying. We also
offer under and overpressure heaters. The heated air is
either sucked or blown through the grain as the latter
moves in the dryer.
But which method delivers the best results? When the
autumn weather is favorable, continuous drying does the
job. When this is not the case, however, batch drying is the
only way to guarantee that high-quality grain is produced.
We realized there was no truly outstanding solution for
grain drying, so we decided to address this problem by
combining the reliability of batch drying with the efficiency
of the continuous method.
With the Duoflo, you have a dryer that functions as both,
and switches seamlessly between the two. The grain dries,
retains its quality, and thus commands a higher price on
the market.
Antti is constantly examining new solutions for dryer
development. At its best, a fully automated drying process
goes smoothly and efficiently.
Antti package dryers can be individually customized
according to the quantity of grain produced at your farm,
for example. The package groups dryer machinery, heaters,
silos and automatic control and monitoring equipment
into a single delivery.
And don’t forget about expert support, erection, dryer
accessories and user training, which are all also included.

No Matter the WeatherTo protect it from the weather, the Antti pack-age dryer is always built with a roof. As for our mobile dryer, it works faultlessly even in rainy conditions – and does not require a shelter or a dedicated building.
Efficient Over and Underpressure Models Antti delivers both traditional overpres-sure heaters and cutting-edge Vacboost underpressure models, which, con-trolled automatically, suck the hot air through the batch of grain. They are also extremely energy efficient: a 20.5 m3 dryer, for example, only requires 12.4kW of engine power.
Dries Grains of All SizesBig or small, Antti dryers can cope with all grains and seeds. No mechanical adjustments are necessary when the type of seed being processed changes. Circulation speed and discharge rate are adjusted steplessly.
Outstanding Quality at a Reasonable PriceThe powerful Antti heaters operate at up to 92-95% efficiency. This means that during a single 24-hour period, approximately four batches of grain can be dried to first-rate quality. Losses, on the other hand, are small. Maximum drying temperature is 100°C, while bread grains and malting barley can be dried at 80°C. The heaters burn various biomaterials and light oil, as well as natural and liquefied petroleum gas.

Fast Set-UpThanks to their modularity, Antti dryers are in productive working order in no time.
Dust and Fire SafetyAn Antti dryer does not spread dust everywhere. Instead, the dryer’s pre-cleaner collects it during filling and circulation, and conveys it through the pipe and via a cyclone, for example, straight into a roll-off. The outlet channel thermostat ensures that the temperature is at the correct level, while the fire protection thermostat shuts the dryer down if the threshold temperature is reached.
Gentle TreatmentIn Antti dryers, your crops are treated gently; the screw conveyor and bucket elevator make sure even exceptionally damp grain is not damaged. The bottom troughs are easy to clean. The mobile dryer makes use of the same familiar, proven technology.

Dual Dryer and Bioheater: Power and Cost-Effectiveness
The dual dryer’s two dryers allow you to use one for drying as the other
is simultaneously cooling and discharging the previously dried batch.
The dryer is then filled with a new batch.
Bioheaters are a perfect fit for a system such as the dual dryer, in which
uninterrupted heat is required. The hot air is conveyed into the dryer by
means of airflow control plates. An automatic control system can also
be added.
The package dryers’ silo capacities have been calculated for a five-tier door. Other sizes and heights available.

Mixflo or Duoflo?
In the Mixflo method, the entire
drying process takes place in
batches, which are circulated
through the machinery. Mixflo
constitutes an easy and reliable
approach to grain drying.
The main advantage batch drying
has over the continuous method
is that the former is capable of
processing damper grain. Other

When it comes to convenient, all-weather grain drying
solutions, the Antti Vacboost mobile dryer has no equal.
The mobile dryer benefits from a short set-up time, and
also offers a cost-effective investment: it only requires
minimal foundation and construction work, and can
thus be put into productive working order quickly.
Antti Vacboost dryers are a fast and energy-efficient
way to process feed and seed grain as well as other
small seeds. They are capable of drying temperatures
of up to 100°C. Their vacuum action, which sucks air
heated in the heater’s heat exchanger through the batch
of grain or seeds, results in faster drying speeds and
simultaneously serves to reduce the amount of dust.
The mobile dryer’s circulation speed and discharge rate
can be steplessly adjusted using the feeder’s frequency
converter. As with fixed equipment, the mobile dryer can
be fitted with cladding.

Four Models
Antti mobile dryers provide the market’s most convenient solution for grain drying operations. Four models are available: C205 – 20.5 m3, C255 – 25.5 m3, C320 – 32.0 m3 ja C365 – 36.5 m3.Our mobile dryers are delivered as complete modules, making them quick to set up: They come with the base, heater and blower already on the frame, and with drying sections pre-assembled. Top sections and the A elevator are delivered assembled, while the E elevator comes as parts. The mobile dryer package also includes prefabricated cabling. The dryer additionally has a non-clogging, durable pendulum feeder, and an openable base as standard.

BIOCONTAINER
The Antti biocontainer is an excellent solution for a variety of applications including greenhouses, industry, grain drying and heating industrial facilities.
The container is quick and convenient to buy and set up, and its automatic burner technology comes pre-installed and tested. It burns woodchips, sod peat, briquettes, pellets, energy grains and more.

The container’s bioheater and fuel supply have been built on a roll-off base, and it is thus easy to move to the desired location. The container is first lowered onto a solid concrete slab, for example, followed by the installation of electrical and control connections, air ducts and flues.
The container comes equipped with a flue gas aspirator, a screw conveyor and a frequency converter for the fan. Thanks to the container’s large doors,
maintenance is easy.

The Hot Over and Underpressure Winds Are Blowing
Antti boasts the widest range of heaters on the market. In the 200–3000 kW power range, we offer more than 40 cost-effective and durable models for you to choose from.
All models in our Vulcan range are available in both Hipress overpressure and Vacboost
underpressure versions. They come with a combustion chamber and heat exchanger made of fireproof stainless steel, and are powered by light oil or gas. Our heaters have a maximum drying temperature of 100°C and offer outstanding efficiency (92–95%). The high drying temperatures
result in energy savings of up to 30%.
The gas-powered duct burner is part of the dryer’s structure, and uses either natural gas or LPG. Its advantages include cost-effective high-power performance, a wide operating range, and 100% efficiency.

Vacboost A1500 with gas burner
The Vacboost A1500 is a powerful and cost- effective heater for grain dryers. As a result of its underpressure direct-drive technology, there is no decrease in efficiency caused by waste gases. The heater is equipped with a modulating burner, which uses natural gas or LPG as fuel. As for performance, the Vacboost A1500 packs enough of a punch even for the most demanding users.

ELEVATOR
Antti offers a wide range of extremely powerful solutions
for transferring and conveying all kinds of grain.
Our grain conveyors move and process grain efficiently
but gently, which is how it should be done. For an Antti
elevator, high moisture content is no obstacle – you
can trust it to remain reliable and durable even when
processing exceptionally damp grain. Wide openings,
expertly designed bottomless buckets and appropriate
transfer speeds keep grain moving no matter how

Antti ventilated silos keep
both your combine and dryer
at work. They come equipped
with a ventilated cone. Grain
can thus be cooled/ventilated
in the silo, and it can be used
for the intermediate storage of
freshly threshed grain.
The silo also has exhaust air
vents.

Our large square silos blend
seamlessly into their environment,
coexisting harmoniously with
surrounding buildings. So no need
for additional landscaping.
Antti square silos are made of
horizontally profiled elements,
and are therefore quick to set
up. Thanks to their modularity,
expanding these silos is easy. They
can also be painted according
to the wishes of every individual
customer.

Round Silos with Interior Cone
Antti silos represent the highest
quality available anywhere on
the market. Our round silos are
assembled at the farm from
premade elements, and can
therefore be erected for the most
part without scaffolding, by means
of a crane or jacks. Our round silos
have diameters of 5.3m and 7.5m.
As standard, our silos are
equipped with a filling
hole, manholes on the
roof and wall, and a wall
ladder, as well as a wall
coupling and protective
pipe for the screw
conveyor. We also offer a
wide range of accessories.
