The Best of Me is an American romantic drama film directed by Michael

Hoffman and written by Will Fetters and J. Mills Goodloe, based on Nicholas Sparks' 

2011 novel of the same name. The film stars James Marsden and Michelle

Monaghan with Luke Braceyand Liana Liberato. 

Shooting began on March 6, 2014 in New Orleans. The film was released on

October 17, 2014 by Relativity Media.  The soundtrack was recorded by artists such as Lady

Antebellum, Hunter Hayes,  David Nail. 

The film is about Dawson and Amanda who met and

fell in love while in high school. Twenty-one years later, they

meet by chance when they return to their small town for the

funeral of the beloved friend. Amanda wants to stay away

from Dawson because their relationship ended badly, but theystart to talk about old times. Amanda is married and haschildren and she cannot be with him. However, she later plans

to split up with her husband. Before anything more can happen

 between them, Dawson is attacked by his brothers, who think

he is worthless, and is almost pushed in front of a moving train

and is shot by his own father. Meanwhile, Amanda's son was

in an accident and receives a heart from a donor. In the end

Amanda find out after a year the identity of her son’s donor -

Dawson Cole.

I recommend The Best of Me for people who

know what true love means and who are ready to feel athrill of a memorable love.
