Made to CraveMade to Crave

Just because a woman finally fits into her skinny

jeans doesn’t mean she’s won the battle with

food. Too often women overlook the spiritual

component to their struggle to eat healthy.

Made to Crave taps into the desires God gave

you to consume food without letting food con-

sume you. Join us for this six-week video-based

study that uncovers the missing link between a

woman’s desire to be healthy and the spiritual

empowerment to make it happen.

Book available for purchase: $10

Parents often have uncertainties about raising their children and wish they could ask

an expert if they are doing everything correctly. If you have questions that you want

help answering, we are putting together a panel of child development experts to help

you. Join us for this special night where parents can glean the wisdom of a variety of

children’s healthcare specialists including a pediatric nurse, speech therapist, lacta-

tion consultant, early childhood interventionist and an occupational therapist.

The life of our family of origin (the family one is born and raised in) is a powerful ex-

perience for everyone. The impact of that experience is not restricted to childhood.

The way we see ourselves, others, church and experience God is shaped in the set-

ting of our family. In this class we will discover the blessing and challenges from our

family and use that information to help us understand ourselves in a new way.

Cost: $15 for book. Minimum 10 participants required.

Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, bal-

anced lifestyle. Many people have either overly flexible

boundaries (unwilling to say no) or overly rigid boundaries

(to the point of being righteous and judgmental). This just

doesn't work. Learn how to set healthy limits and gain

control over your life using this award-winning curriculum

by Christian authors Dr. Henry Cloud and John Townsend.

Cost: $10 for Participants Guide, $10 for book if desired.

The teen years can be challenging and even scary

for parents and those involved with youth. Good

boundaries are the bedrock not only of better rela-

tionships, but also maturity, safety and growth. Dr.

John Townsend applies his biblically-based princi-

ples to the challenging task of the teen years, guiding

parents on how to address the attitudes and behav-

iors that all parents of teenagers face.
