Connecticut, Windsor Marketing Group employs many proprietary techniques, including its Path of Purchase approach, to make stores more navigable and help shoppers quickly find what they need. This advantage, in turn, helps stores increase sales. Committed to social responsibility, Windsor Market Group strives to recruit veterans through its Salute Program, and currently, veterans make up 9 percent of the company’s workforce. 

Although veterans offer a variety of skills applicable in civilian life, many companies are unaware of all that veterans can contribute. The following are just a few benefits of hiring veterans:

in which mission accomplishment is critical. This background shapes them and gives them a sense of mission and determination to achieve their goals at work. 

-Adaptability. Given the diversity of their experience, veterans often have the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and learn new skills on the job. 

-Leadership experience. Military personnel often move through roles of increasing responsibility during their service. This experience gives them a deeply ingrained set of leadership skills applicable in any business environment.
