The Beautifullest Holiday In My Live

When I was in ten grade, my family and I went to Pangandaran, West Java. Pangandaran

is not far from my house. It is about 87 km from my house. We went there by car. We left forpurwokerto at 07.00 oclock in the morning. After we arrived there we stayed at hotel near the

beach, actually I forgot the name of this hotel but this hotel is great for me. We took a rest for a

momment then my brothers and I went to the beach for playing sand castle.

On the second day morning, we drove to Gjulung district, to a place named Cukang

Tanaeuh in the local language. It took about 45 minutes from Pangandaran to get there. We had

to park our car at the small dock in Ciseureuh because we had to continue our journey by boat.

The boat is manned by two persons, and can fit five passengers at the most. We had to pay Rp.

50.000 to rent it. The view in Cukang Tanaeuh is breakthaking, very beautiful. It is some kind of

a cave, surrounding by high green hills on the other side. Actually the river runs all the way intothe cave, but the boat could not go througt because the river was shallow at that time. So we got

off the boat, and walked into the cave by stepping the stones along the riverbank, What was very

amazing was that we found a waterfall inside the cave, about 20 meters from the entrance. We

swam and took picture there. It was an awesome experience and romantic place.

Among foreign tourist, the place is generally called the Green Canyon. I do not really

know why. But they say itsbecause of its similarity to the famous Grand Canyon in the US. The

Indonesian Green Canyon is part od the Cijulang River that goes through the cave which is full

of stalagmites and stalagtites. This place opens every day from 07.30 morning until 16.00, except

for Friday, when its open at 13.30 until 16.00. The waterfall near at the cave entrance gives thisarea a cool atmosphere. Boat can be rented at the Ciseureuh dock to reach this area. The

Indonesian Green Canyon is located not far from Batukaras and Nusawungu Airport.

We do rock climbing, fishing, swimming, dan fishing there, there are the pastime

activities that area is famous for. At the evening when we felt very tired we left for Cikang

Tanaeuh and saw a very beautiful sun set, it is the first time I saw the sun set with my own eyes.

It is very beautifull. Then in the night we arrived in the beach, rest in the hotel and return to the

home in the next morning.

You know guys, you will not run out of amazing views, as long as you have the energy to

explore the place.
