• Address:– Is a locality with a spatial reference– Is always parcel-referenced– Is not necessarily building-referenced

• Address of a building– Additional attributes in order to explicitly identify a

building with an address– Not every building needs to have a reference to an

address – (e.g. agrarian buildings in open land)
