The Employment Bureau, Anglia Ruskin University’s on campus recruitment hub is launching an innovative new partnership scheme to encourage employers and students to collaborate on a paid project, while students study.

We are looking for local employers to work with us to help students prepare for graduate employment through a paid work placement.

Features:• Our employer partners identify a business problem or project they

want help with• We screen and shortlist students from a relevant course of study

and match them to the employer • The employer decides the assignment length and working hours

(from 2 to 12+ weeks)• We manage the recruitment and pre-employment checks as well as

payroll process • The student begins work and we recognise the employer as an ARU

employment partner.
