With Apple products supplied by Stormfront, you can increase your employee value proposition (EVP) and engage employees with this attractive benefit.

Salary Sacrifice As the employer, you purchase the products that have been selected by your employees and fund the purchase through the employee salary sacrifice. (We are able to provide third party funding if required.)

Website Development Stormfront will create your benefits website with your corporate branding. Employees will be able to register directly onto that site.

The website will list all agreed products and show the savings derived from the salary sacrifice. Insurance and warranty can also be provided if required.

Timing The timing and duration of the selection window will be decided by you. As employees place their orders, they will be required to sign a Salary

Sacrifice Agreement which will be produced by the website. Once the enrolment window has closed, it will be up to you to approve all employee orders.

Our systems will manage the order approval and order reconciliation process as well as the Salary Sacrifice Agreement.

Purchasing Our website will manage the process of raising a consolidated order. It can also, if required, feed external HR and benefits systems, as well as benefit in kind reporting.

A purchase order for the products will then be placed with Stormfront.

Term of SchemeScheme terms are typically 12 or 24 months.

How does the scheme operate?

UpdatesEmployees are kept up to date directly at each stage of the process by e-mail and/or by SMS.

DeliveryStormfront will deliver the products to the employee’s designated delivery address.

StructuresThere are a number of different ways of structuring this employee benefits scheme.

Options are available for: Salary Sacrifice, Net Pay, Rent and Refresh and BYOD.

Tax and NIC savings may be available to the employee and the employer depending on what structure is used.

Access the portal either at work, on the move, or in store.

Approved and registered employees select their goods.

Employee orders are sent for HR approval.

Once orders are approved, goods are despatched quickly.

A dedicated website will be created for your organisation and employees will be able to order directly from this website at a time selected by you.

It will be up to you to decide on the range of products and maximum value of benefit spend for each employee. Their personal pages will only show items up to this value. This ensures that the employee can select from all items rather than view some which they are not eligible.

The website will be designed to your requirements - either linking in to your existing benefits portal, or creating a new direct link.

Security and confidentiality are of prime importance and we design the website and the system to ensure that this is at the highest level.

If third party funding is required, the associated costs could be incorporated into the product costs, to keep the scheme cost neutral to the employer.

Insurance is available for all products on a voluntary or compulsory basis.
