APC Preparatory Course "Final Assessment Insights" (FAI) - June 2015

The APC preparatory course Final Assessment Insights (FAI) is designed to help APC candidates learn and understand the expectations of the assessors during the Final Assessment.

This course is an all-inclusive package that provides a full range of pathways including, but not limited to: Commercial Property, Valuation, Project Management, Geomatics and much more.

Candidates are mentored as part of a larger group (approx. 30) or on the request of the individual .Specific (or individualized) coaching isprovided through regular meetings, emails and scheduled telephone calls to suit your needs.

Our courses at a glance:

Trail Workshop (Free of charge)

The 3hour trail workshop is delivered by our expert speakers This workshop provides a solid foundation for the APC candidates to understand the process of

the Final Assessment. Sample APC Q&A secession helpscandidategain techniquesto deal with the final interview.

APC Preparatory Course (8 sessions @ HK$30,000)

The 8 sessions is spread over a 4-day period with a maximum capacity of 30 APC candidates. The course focus on the practical side of the APC including the Critical Analysis, Presentation,

and Interview; The APC candidates will be provided with tools to enhance their business skills, such as report

writing and presentation skills. The objective is to provide hands-on opportunity for the APC candidates to work with the

experience and guidance of a trainer.

Free 60-minute Mock Interview Experience (for completed package) The 60-minute mock interview emulates the actual APC interview. It will provide the APC candidates an opportunity tolearn from the experience and about the

actual process of the final interview. The mock interview will be held by TWO / THREE APC qualified assessors similar to the

structure of the real APC interview. The APC qualified assessors will provide comments and insights following the mock interview.

All our instructors are currently practicing Chartered Surveyors of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS / MRICS) as well as APC assessors who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.
