Local 532 Building Corporation

The Annual Meeting of Local 532 Building Corp. will be on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 9:00 AM.

A proposal meeting for the Billings Inside and Billings Residential Agreement will immediately follow the Building Corp. Meeting. Those of you wishing to submit a proposal for consideration, please put it in writing before the meeting.

Notice for Nomination of Delegate to International

Convention

Nominations will be held on January 13, 2016 at 5200 Midland Road (Local 532) in

Billings, Montana at 7:00 PM. No member shall be nominated for the International Con-

vention Delegate unless he/she is present or signifies their willingness in writing.

Per the L.U. Bylaws, “At the meeting of the Local Union when nominations are made, after

nominations are closed, the President shall appoint an election judge and as many tellers

as are required, who shall serve as an Election Board to conduct the election. No candi-

date for any office shall be eligible to serve on this Board.”

All provisions of the IBEW Constitution, Article XVI, and the Local Union Bylaws will be

followed relating to nominations and elections.

All voting will be by mail ballot, which will be sent to you the last part of January, 2016. All

members in good standing and qualified shall be entitled to vote.

ART. IX

DIVISION OF FUNDS AND

PER CAPITA TAX

Sec. 1 The receipts of the

I.B.E.W. shall be divided into

two funds: General Fund and

Pension Benefit Fund.

Sec. 2. The monthly per capita

tax for each member, including

each member on Participating

Withdrawal Card, shall be as

follows:

1/1/11 $13.00

1/1/12 $15.00

1/1/14 $17.00

1/1/16 $17.00 ($18.00)*

*In accordance with the action

of the 38th Convention, the

International Secretary-

Treasurer is authorized to in-

crease the per capita tax rate an

additional one dollar ($1.00),

effective January 1, 2016,

should the I.B.E.W. fail to meet

membership growth projections

(1% annualy) as of June 30,

2015, as reported in the Calibre

CPA Group, PLLC Financial

Forecast and Projection.
