WELCOmE TO THE NIKON AIPP EvENT 2012

Welcome to The Nikon AIPP Event

This year we have an amazing line up of speaker, workshop and social content that we hope will have something for everyone.

Its an interesting process putting together content for "The Event". Each year we strive to find a cross section of presenters who have the skills and content to appeal to our broad cross section of members both in genre and experience level. We research all potential speakers to ensure they have the qualities we think are important to share information with our members.

Based on feed back from last years Event we have tried this year to offer the broadest range of speakers and workshops possible. I sincerely believe we have the most comprehensive range of speakers yet, including 5 international speakers of outstanding reputation.

We have already started planing for The Event 2013, in fact it will be announced sometime during the next few days, like our speakers we put a lot of time into venue choice and location.

The Nikon AIPP Event is destined to travel to a different location each year, the reason for this is to try and offer fair advantage for all of our members. It is an evolving process if you have any suggestions or feedback we want to know, we can only improve what we offer our delegates if we know what you want. Please speak to any of the event crew if you have any input.

The trade show this year has grown and we are lucky to have the support of Nikon and our other trade partners who help subsidise the cost of running The Event. They support us and I would encourage you to support them.

Enjoy the Event

Ross EasonAIPP Vice president & Conference Convener

The schedule is structured to give attendees as many options as possible. Not to make it complicated, but to cater for the fact that Delegates at different stages of their careers have different requirements hence the schedule and range of speakers is aimed at choice for a broad demographic - it is not compulsory to attend every session or see every speaker. This year we are opening up the afternoons to allow for some free time for those who want it, Workshops will start earlier and in some instance may overlap with speakers sessions, again you will have to make a choice of what best works for you, some workshops will be off site.
