Our Service of Worship has ended. Our Worship through Service begins.

Prayer of Confession

Eternal God, we confess that we have failed to seek your will. We revel in power and privilege while many are struggling to survive. We boast of our great contributions while some who have little give all. Forgive us, God of grace. Strip us of all pride and pretense and clothe us in your mercy alone, ready to meet you in your glory; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Assurance of Pardon

This is the promise of the Lord in Hebrews 10 – that by the power of the Holy Spirit, God will transform our lives and remember our sin no more. In the name of Jesus Christ, we are forgiven!

Thanks be to God.
