InspirationErnest Hemingway, who wrote classics such as The Sun Also Rises and A Farewell to Arms, was challenged by friends to write a memoir (an autobiography focusing on one period of a person’s life) using only 6 words. He called it his greatest written work.

1. Create a 6 word memoir about your life.

2. Find a picture that relates to your memoir. This can be a photograph, a picture downloaded from the internet or something you have drawn.

3. Bring your memoir and picture/drawing to class with you tomorrow.
