BALANCE

● The balance between Yin and Yang is the

foundation of health, success and

happiness

Happiness

● Happiness is the ultimate pursuit in life.

● Unfortunately, most people do not know

that they do not know what is it, let alone

how to achieve it.

What is Happpiness?

● 99% of the world has erred in the belief that

happiness is a condition of all-

encompassing joy that results from the

attainment of worldly goals.

● Hapiness is an ongoing state of joy that

results from the enjoyment of righteous

worldly attainments and the enjoyment of

peace when worldly objectives are lost, or

are unattainable

● Be at peace and enjoy the the peace when

you lose it or cannot have it

● The real issue is the capacity for joy and

peace

● External life (Li) must be nourished in the

same way as the internal (spiritual) life

● The understanding of Chi is based on the

understanding of solar energy
