As you know, the year of 2015 is the year of Apart- ment Building Passive Income Strategies. The cool thing about this year is that it really marks the time frame for the commoners of Ameri- ca to finally see that we’ve not only been in economic recovery for many years now but this will be the first VERY GOOD FINANCIAL YEAR for as long as many of us can re- member. (The elite could see that we were starting to recover back in 2011 but, unfortunately, it takes awhile for the common man to see what’s already been going on for many years now.) So what is it that you should be doing to capitalize on these amazing economic oppor- tunities? Start a business. Start investing. Get involved. The really cool thing about when the economy moves like greased lightning is that it’s su- per easy to make money. You don’t have to have exemplar mar- keting skill or investing knowledge to get in on these op- portunities. You just have to jump in and start doing some- thing. Anything! For example, now would be a great time to launch that In- ternet business you’ve been thinking about for too long. Or if you’ve been in watch-and-wait mode with real estate investing, you definitely have to get off your ass NOW. Yes, RIGHT NOW! Now is not the time to be- come “satisfied” with where you’re at. I have other mentorship groups I’m doing in 2015 which will be announced as they come up. I recommend that everyone start with my “signature” mentorship group first before proceed-ing with any other group that I have otherwise you will find yourself struggling to get through any oth-er course. I ’ve been very fortunate to have some incredi-ble success rates in my signature Apartment Building Cash Flow mentorship group. My best mentorship group pulled in a success rate
