Your Image to the Profession
Welcome to the 2013 Professional Development Conference (PDC)! The PDC started in 2001 as
a resource for lawyers to gain practical skills in a professional, relaxed atmosphere. After
expanding to Washington, DC with great success last year, we saw that a need for skills-based
programming exists. This year, with the gracious support of the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers
Conference, the PDC is expanding to three locations, welcoming Virginia Beach’s Regent
University as our third location. This program continues to provide high quality skills and ethics
training at an affordable price. This conference would not be possible without the great support
of our committee, the YLC’s Board of Directors, our conference hosts, and our staff liaisons. We
hope you join us on October 4th.
Sincerely,
Special Thanks
