Greetings from ASQ Southeast Florida Section 1510!
We are getting closer and closer to the end of the year! We hope you have had a wonderful fall season and are ready for the holidays. The past month has been exciting. Our very own, Voice of the Customer Chair, Shawn Currie, was selected to speak at the ASQ Reliability, Maintenance, & Managing Risk Conference in San Antonio, TX. What a proud moment for ASQ 1510!
We also had a dinner meeting on October 8th, where we learned about Building and As-sessing your Team from Phil Centonze, Program Chair and Director, Client Engagement Services for FloridaMakes. Each dinner meeting attendee had the opportunity to evaluate their own team member behavioral and learn how to match optimal leadership styles to the team developmental stage. We truly experienced how “Team work makes the dream work”.
In other news, we are pleased to continue a partnership with Section 1515 with joint meet-ings! We have been doing great work and I am looking forward to the remainder of 2019. If you are interested in any classes, events, or career opportunities please check out our web-site and our LinkedIn page.
Thank you for being a part of our section!
Carolina De Leon, Chair ASQ Section 1510 Email: [email protected]
We are pleased to an-nounce that ASQ Section 1510 has received the Silver PAR Award for 2018 from the ASQ Performance Award and Recognition Committee. The award is given to sections in good standing who meet the criteria for increasing reten-tion and adding Member Value.
Congratulations to every-one in the Southeast Flori-da Section for your achieve-ment!!!
