Exam Format - The test is divided into 4 sections: Vocabulary, Grammar, Reading, Writing II. Writing - Answer short form prompts using critical thinking skills and demonstrate knowledge of proper sentence structure </p><p>Pre-Algebra - Converting English verbal sentences into Algebraic Expressions - Converting Algebraic Expressions into English verbal expressions - Use a variable to express an unknown quantity - Recognize important Algebraic Properties; Commutative, Associative, and Distributive Properties - Identify and graph ordered pairs on a plane - Interpret the x, y intercepts of a graph and construct function tables - Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing integers, both positive and negative - Graph ordered pairs on the coordinate plane and identify quadrants for ordered pairs - Defining Translations, and Reflections and graphing a "slide" and "reflection" - Converting fractions into decimals, and writing rational numbers as fractions - Multiply positive and negative fractions, divide positive and negative fractions and using multiplicative inverses - Derive common denominators and subtract rational numbers with common denominators - Add and subtract unlike fractions </p><p>(TSL) Beginners 1.
