ChefDominiqueBocquierisaFrenchPastryChefandPastryInstructorwithover26yearsofexperience.HestartedhiscareerinFrance,butsoonwenttoworkabroadincountriessuchasScotland,theUK,andtheUS.InFrance,heworkedasanExecutivePastryChefattheMichelin-starredParisianrestaurant“LaGrandeCascade“alongsidethehighlydistinguishedChefJean-LouisNomicos.HehasalsoworkedwithfamousChefPierreHerméatFauchon,Paris.Afterover10yearsofworkingasapastrychefconsultantand instructor, Chef Dominique opened his own restaurant “Au Petit Paris” in Houston, TX. ChefDominiqueisanInductedKnightofthefamousFrenchArtisanGuild“CompagnonsduTourdeFrance”and has won numerous national Pastry competitions. In 2016, Chef Dominique joined the CulinaryInstituteLenotreasaPastryChef-instructorandtrainerfortheCompetitionLevel:ArtisticskillsofPastryDécor.AboutCulinaryInstituteLenotreCulinaryInstituteLenotreistheonlyFrench-ownedculinaryinstituteintheUS.In2017,itwasnamed“America’sTop22CulinarySchools”bythehighlyrespectedFSRmagazineamongstmorethan1000competingschoolsinthecountry.Theinstitutionfoundedin1998bythird-generationFrenchChefAlainLenotreandhiswife,Mariecelebrated20yearsofrigorouscheftraininginApril2018.Tothisdate,CILhasproducedmorethan2500alumniwhoarenowworkinginprestigiousinstitutionsintheHoustonareaandaroundtheworld.In2018,CILisa100%employee-ownedcompany,has350studentsandemploys14internationalfull-timechef-instructors.Eventsponsors
