Project Description:
Kelly Services, Inc. is an American temporary/permanent staffing agency that operates throughout the world which ranks among the Fortune 500 companies. It offers services that include temporary
staffing services, outsourcing, and vendor on-site and full-time placement. Kelly operates in 41
countries and territories. Kelly employs more than 530,000 individuals annually, in areas including office services, accounting, engineering, information technology, law, science, marketing, creative
services, light industrial, education, and health care. Revenue in 2014 was $5.6 billion.
The client currently uses KELLY STAFF NET (KSN 1.0) built in Uniface technology with Oracle 10g database which is the backbone application built to support & maintain employee information,
customer information, fill orders and customer agreement defaults. KSN application is integrated with
BizTalk middleware which in turn integrated with many backend applications/ KSN-sub systems.
The new application (KSN2.0) was developed as a web base application using .NET Framework 4.5, ASP.NET MVC 4 and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). The agile scrum methodology is used
for development and testing in sprint wise manner.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Functional and Integration Testing of KSN2.0 application which is integrated other multiple 3rd
party applications using BizTalk as a middleware • End to End testing for the entire KSN2.0 application.
• Designed UAT scenarios to be executed
• Designing and maintenance of Test Approach/Strategy, Test Scenarios, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Cases and other project specific documents
• Completed Test Prep for each and every requirement • Test case execution following the standards and timelines
• Participated in Test execution calls & defects management calls
• Being a single point of contact for the Client, understood the new requirements/CRs and conveyed the same properly to Testing team with proper documentation
• Created Sprint Planning and Sprint Analysis reports (Closure Reports) with appropriate log files

trusted the team with the testing of several of their other applications like CRP, KCN, Bullhorn,
etc. bringing new business to the company • The number of defects showed a considerable decrease from the start of the Project in Sep
2013 till Sep 2014. The same numbers were brought down even lower before the go live and now.

Project Description:
The GREAT™ Initiative is an umbrella project which constitutes of six projects, each for the following
business lines –
• GREAT™ BPM for Capgemini Business Process Management business line
• GREAT™ BI for Capgemini Business Intelligence business line
• GREAT™ DM for Capgemini Data Migration business line
• GREAT™ Oracle for Capgemini Oracle business line
• GREAT™ SD&I for Capgemini Software & Development (CSD) business line
• GREAT™ SAP for Capgemini SAP business line
Each tool is a Bottom Up, Excel / VBA-based estimation tool, developed in-house by the Capgemini
Group Productivity Tools Support Team in Mumbai (GSTM). The Estimation tool is designed to provide
the estimator with a flexible and consistent method of producing detailed project estimates using
historical project metrics as a reference. The agile scrum methodology was used for development and
testing in multiple sprints.
In 2012, the GREAT™ Data Collection model was integrated to the Estimation tool which enabled the
users to estimate for a project bid and collect data without any extra efforts and send it back to the
GSTM team for future reference and measurement.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
• End to End Testing of all six GREAT™ Estimation and Data Collection tools • Designing and maintenance of Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test
Cases and other project specific documents from scratch • Completed Test Prep for all six development and testing projects, creating more than 370 test
cases
• Test case execution following the standards and timelines • Participated in Test execution calls & defects management calls from 2010 to 2013.
• Progressed to Test Team Lead and Test Analyst role by the end of 2013 for all six estimation and data collection tools
