Please review the information below which will provide the basis for our working relationship. Nature of Service Professional Organising and Decluttering is focused on the client’s agenda and is non-judgmental. It is about giving impartial advice or making suggestions that could ease your daily stresses and optimise the space(s) you live or work in. Payment Full payment is required by the end of each completed session. The client will receive an invoice, either before or on the session day, which they can pay by bank transfer, or by card. For lengthier projects, I require a 25% up front deposit of the proposed overall fees, which will be offset against the final invoice, payable on the day of the last session. Changes & Cancellations Both Untangled Consulting Ltd and the client have the right to cancel planned sessions due to unavoidable circumstances. If the client cancels less than three working days prior to the agreed session date, Untangled Consulting Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the agreed price quoted. Privacy & Confidentiality Untangled Consulting Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office to ensure adherence to data protection laws. Your details will be used to supply services, process payments and to inform you of any of Untangled’s services believed may be of interest to you. You may opt out of such marketing or request deletion of your personal data held at any time. Client details will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the individual or business concerned. For personal safety, the client’s name and address may be made available to a close friend or family member of any Untangled Consulting Ltd representative whilst onsite at the client. Any testimonial, comment or photographic examples used in Untangled Consulting Ltd’s publicity is reproduced in accordance with consent as given by the client signature below. Photographic evidence will always be anonymous (unless the client specifically agrees otherwise). Removal/Disposal of Unwanted Items Items removed from the client's (your) property must be at your discretion and you will accept responsibility at all times for such decisions. Subject to the quantity (one small car-boot load), I am happy to take unwanted items away to donate to a charity near me, at the end of the session. I charge an additional fee for this service. I do not have a licence for general waste and/or recycling disposal, so this would need to be taken to your local household waste centre by yourself or placed in your household bins. Breaks During shorter sessions (lastly anyway between three and five hours) we will break briefly every 90 min or so. These short breaks are considered part of your billed session time. A minimum of a thirty-minute lunch break (sixty minutes max) will be taken during sessions lasting six or more hours. This is in addition to your working session time and will not be charged for.

Disclaimers • Untangled Consulting Ltd offers guidance and encouragement to help in the decluttering and organisational

process but responsibility lies entirely with the client regarding which artefacts and possessions should remain and which can be disposed of.

• Untangled Consulting Ltd is not an assessor of art or antiques and cannot be held responsible for the client’s decisions made during the decluttering process. It is recommended the client engages a valuation expert for any applicable items prior to removal from your home.

• Untangled Consulting Ltd will operate with utmost care and respect in your home or office. In the unlikely event there is any accidental damage, the client indemnifies Untangled Consulting Ltd and will cover the cost of any damage or repairs through their own insurance providers.

• Untangled Consulting Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing damage discovered during our assignment.

• Untangled Consulting Ltd cannot lift heavy furniture or items nor carry out DIY tasks. The client should make suitable arrangements if such work is required. Any services or trades, (whether recommended by Untangled Consulting Ltd or otherwise), are the client’s responsibility. Contractual arrangements should be drawn up directly between the client and the service provider in question. Untangled Consulting Ltd will not accept any responsibility for the additional trades’ performance nor any loss or damage incurred through their engagement.

• The client agrees to disclose in advance any information about their premises that could jeopardise the health or safety of any representative of Untangled Consulting Ltd. Untangled Consulting Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel an assignment in the event a serious health & safety risk is discovered or develops during the assignment.

• The client agrees to disclose in advance any additional persons due on the premises during an onsite session. To optimise sessions, it is advised that any pets and/or children are supervised in an adjacent room to the project room(s).

• The client is aware that the services provided by Untangled Consulting Ltd are in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or therapy.

Insurance Untangled Consulting Ltd carries full Professional Indemnity and Public & Products liability insurance with Westminster Insurance. Policy certificate available on request or can be viewed at www.untangled.today/booking-and-rates has read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions above.
