PREAMBLE

The terms and conditions of Natixis apply to all transactions entrusted

by banks and financial institutions as from April 1, 2010.

This edition cancels and supersedes any previous editions sent by Natixis.

However, any condition which have been negotiated with Natixis will remain in force.

Natixis reserves the right to change the rates at any time without prior notice.

Natixis as a French Banking institution shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations or recommendations related to money laundering and terrorist financing. They include in particular all European Commission Regulations and French government decrees ("décrets") imposing restrictive measures

on certain persons and entities, as well as all recommendations on money laundering and terrorist financing issued by the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering ("FATF").

Furthermore, in application of the special recommendation VII of the FATF,

Natixis reserves the right to reject any order which may violate the regulations in force.

NB: expenses for postage, telegrams, telex messages, telephone calls… are charged to the correspondent on a real-cost basis. Taxes, if any, payable on transactions, will be passed on to the beneficiary in the same way.

Remarks:

The present price list does not include the expenses which could be allocated to Natixis by third banks and which Natixis reserves the right to echo to its customers.

This price list applies if the payment order respects the formats of SWIFT MT 103, MT 200 and MT 202 displayed at the end of the brochure. Natixis reserves the right to levy fees in case of non STP order, except in case of preliminary bilateral agreement.

For payment orders in favour of the Banque Populaire regional banks’ customers, the commission is levied by Natixis.

Amendment or cancellation of a payment order: The request for the amendment/cancellation of a payment order, irrespective of its value date, can be granted only if : - the payment has not yet been executed or advised by Natixis, - the beneficiary assents to such amendment/cancellation in case the payment order has already been executed or advised.

FORMATS OF STP SWIFT MESSAGES Specifications of MT 103, MT 200 and MT 202 STP payment orders. The EPC Resolution on the mandatory use of BIC and IBAN for EUR cross border payments inside the European Economic Area applies since January 1st, 2007. Therefore, the use of BIC and IBAN represents one of the specifications of an STP payment order. Natixis will process any payment order that doesn’t contain the BIC and the IBAN but reserves the right to levy fees in case of non STP order.

Payment orders can be exempt of non STP charges in case of bilateral agreement with Natixis.
