Activity Consumer Operator

12pm – 12 am:Talktime – 63%

Consumer is happy as he makes 57% of that talktime to his Family n Friends (FnF).

Operator is sad as it is a pulse rate plan and hence wants the customer to make short calls.

12pm – 6pm: Talktime - 30% Total Units - 22%

6am – 12pm: Talktime - 26% Total Units - 30%

Consumer is not concerned about this expense between 6am-12pm as these are mostly business calls, which are unavoidable

Operator is very happy as the calls between 6am - 12pm are short calls.
