and Android Jellybean 4.1.2. App might not work properly if Google or ios upgrades their OS to new version. App might not work the same way on other android devices like android TV or any other

android device other than smartphones and wearable. App would not work properly if there is a hardware failure in Bluetooth signal. App would work properly if sensors which are listed in supported sensors list from specific

companies are available on the device. Reception of Data might fluctuate due to external factors like not proper transmission

between wearable and smartphone or change in environment. Support of wearable’s are only available for IOS and android wear devices only. Rooted phones have a chance of gathering your encrypted PHI store on the device. App is not secure if it is not updated regularly with security patches. App cannot transmit data without the permission of admin to our data center. store on external storage is at risk if the micro sd card is lost. Virus corruption could put the app at risk because of which it is recommended for user to

use antivirus.

Devices have sensors and Bluetooth capability. User has accepted all the permissions required by the app during installation. User has not shared his login password with someone else.
