TEC Mold specialize in plastic injection mold making and molding since 2000. We now develop to an ISO 9001 & TS 16949 certified company with 2 manufacturingnow develop to an ISO 9001 & TS 16949 certified company with 2 manufacturing facilities covering 50000 sq meters, which owned by ourselves, and a total workforce of over 400 people, honored with the title of “China Hi-tech Enterprise”.

TEC Mold consist of 4 divisions: Precision Mold Shop Shenzhen, Precision Mold Shop Dongguan, Large Mold Shop, Injection Molding Shop. With independent teams of project management engineering and manufacturingindependent teams of project management, engineering and manufacturing, backed up by the same undivided administrative and financial teams, each division focus on its specialty to provide the best quality.

We can build 800 molds each year, mainly exported to overseas customers from automotive, appliance, electronics and medical industries.

We believe high quality mold starts with high quality mold design. TEC Mold has 2 designer teams: 25 designers specialized in precision tooling and the other 25 specialized in largeteams: 25 designers specialized in precision tooling, and the other 25 specialized in large tooling.

Our design software is UG. We can also open files of other formats like SolidWorks, Pro-E, I-DEAS, CATIA, AutoCAD.

We are familiar with international mold standard like Hasco, DME and so on.

Hot runner brands we work with include but not limited to: Mold-Masters, Husky, DME, INCOE, HRS, HASCO, EWIKON, Synventive, YUDO.

All the design will be reviewed in the project evaluation meeting held by senior design manager, technical director and manufacturing manager.
