    Theory of multiple intelligences

Gardner's theory argues that intelligence, particularly as itis traditionally defined, does not sufficiently contain thewide variety of abilities humans display. In his conception, achild who masters multiplication easily is not necessarilymore intelligent overall than a child who struggles to do so.The second child may be stronger in another kind ofintelligence, and therefore may best learn the givenmaterial through a different approach.

Gardner distinguishes two Intelligences within EmotionalIntelligence:

    1- Intrapersonal 2- Interpersonal

Why is the EI so important?

Because it helps you to control yourfeelings in the best way possibleconsidering any situation and allows you tocreate bonds with people.

Not being able to manage your feelingscould provoke several misunderstandingsand socialization wouldnt be possible.Because there is a BAD communicationbetween individuals that cant understandeach other nor themselves.
