control: attitude, effort,
behavior, and actions to
be a team player.

1.Keep a memory book, scrapbook, or other reminders.
2.Keep pictures in your room or office.
3.Remind your colleagues.

Relationships are the
roots that allow

1. Choose to be a piece
of the solution.
2. Eat together!
3. Do something
together outside of
work.
4. Write positive notes
and compliments.

but as importantly, know what doesn’t.
• People are rewarded in public for things they’ve practiced for years in private.

negativity is to be
intentionally optimistic.
