    1 Phm vi p dng

    Tiu chun ny a ra hng dn vic p dng cc phng php th nghim quy nh trong tiu

    chun TCVN -1 (ISO 10294-1).

    Phng php th nghim ny c lin quan ti vic nh gi van chn la c kh nng ngn chn s

    ly lan ngn la v kh nng t cn h ny sang cn h khc. Tiu chun ny khng dng cho van

    chn la ch s dng trong cc h thng kim sot khi.

    C th p dng cho van chn la trong h thng phn phi kh.

    Phng php th ny khng c thit k th nghim cho cc thit b chng chy m ch cho cc

    bin php vn chuyn khng kh, hoc khi van chn la c treo trn trn nh th vic lp t van

    chn la v ng dn c th nh hng tiu cc n tnh nng ca trn th, nn cn yu cu cc

    phng php nh gi khc.

    CH THCH: "Vn chuyn khng kh" l mt bin php p sut thp i qua ca ngn chy (hay tng, sn) m khng c

    bt k kt ni vi mt ng dn kh no.

    2 Ti liu vin dn

    Cc ti liu vin dn sau l cn thit khi p dng tiu chun ny. i vi cc ti liu vin dn c ghi

    nm cng b p dng th p dng bn c nu. i vi cc ti liu vin dn khng ghi nm cng b

    th p dng phin bn mi nht, bao gm c bn sa i, b sung (nu c).

    TCVN 8113-1 (ISO 5167-1), o dng lu cht bng thit b chnh p gn vo ng dn c mt ct

    ngang trn chy u Phn 1: Nguyn l v yu cu chung.

    TCVN 9311-1 (ISO 834-1), Th nghim chu la Cc b phn cng trnh xy dng Phn 1: Yu cu

    chung.

    TCVN -1 (ISO 10294-1), Th nghim kh nng chu la Van chn la cho h thng phn phi kh

    3 Nguyn tc chung

    3.1 Qui nh chung

    Php th m t trong tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1) c thit k nhm nh gi van chn la

    c cc kh nng sau:

    a) ng li trong trng hp xy ra chy trong iu kin ng;

    b) ngn chn s ly lan ngn la v kh nng t cn h ny sang cn h khc thng qua h thng

    phn phi kh.

    Cc yu cu i vi h thng phn phi khng kh thng xem xt n s ly lan ngn la, v th hin

    r trong nguyn tc thit k (xem thm iu 4 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1)). S khc bit

    v nguyn tc v thc t c a ra trong 3.2-3.5.

    3.2 Bt/tt qut

    Vi quan im thit k khc nhau. mt s ng dng, h thng phn phi kh c thit k trong

    trng hp xy ra chy qut s tt. Cc qut khc vn c yu cu tip tc cung cp x l khng kh

    n cc b phn trong ta nh ti cc im cch xa vng ha hon. Trong tnh hnh , cc van chn

    la phi ng li iu kin ng, v mt khi qut ng, van c th phi chu mt p lc m cao lm

    cho nguy c r r kh tng ng s cao hn v do la c kh nng ly lan nhanh hn.

    H thng li th qut c th khng tt, cho nn khng th m bo trong iu kin ha hon qut s tt

    v do iu kin ng c th tn ti. V vy vic th nghim van chn la di iu kin ng c

    xem l mt th nghim quan trng. La chn p lc m tiu chun 300 Pa v n tng ng vi p lc

    m c s dng trong tiu chun ISO 6944:1985. iu ny c xem l ph hp trong hu ht cc

    ng dng. ng dng van chn la cho cc ngnh cng nghip c bit c th c thit k chu p

    lc m ln hn. cho php cc ng dng c bit ny, cn thc hin cc php th p lc m tng

    ln.

    Vn tc th chy 0,15 m/s l mt tha thun cn thit cho mt php th nghim lu lng khng kh

    ng v an ton chy trong cc phng th nghim th chy. V nhng l do an ton, nu xem xt thy

    cn dng th nghim vn tc/p lc cao hn phi thc hin trong iu kin lu lng dng khng

    kh xung quanh v khng thc hin khi bung t nhit cao.

    Tha nhn rng iu kin ng ti cc van chn la c th do cc ngun c hc hoc kt hp ca

    nhit v hiu ng ng khi, do tt c cc van chn la s c th nghim theo cc yu cu

    ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1).

    3.3 Thc hnh lp t

    Thc hnh thit k c th yu cu cc van chn la c lp t trong mt phng tng, sn v

    khng cho php van chn la t cch xa cu trc ngn cch. Thc hnh thit k cng c th cho

    php cc van chn la c lp t trn b mt hoc t cch xa tng hoc sn. Phng php th

    nghim a ra cc ch dn cho th nghim tt c cc hnh thc lp t c th c nhng khi tin hnh

    th nghim ch cn p dng vi hnh thc lp t c lin quan.

    3.4 Cch nhit

    Van chn la c c hai loi cch nhit v khng cch nhit. Phng php ny a ra phng php

    th nghim cho tt c cc loi van chn la.

    Tnh ton vn trn c s o khe r r kh thng qua cc van chn la, cng vi phng php o tnh

    ton vn thng thng quanh chu vi pha ngoi mu. Phng php o r r ng a ra trong tiu

    chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1) mt ch dn chnh xc hn v tnh ton vn.

    4 Nguyn l th

    Nguyn tc chung ca th nghim c m t trong 3.1

    Trc khi xc nh r r, th van chn la phi chu 50 chu k ng v m. iu ny nhm i din

    cho khong hai k kim tra lp t v vn hnh chnh xc vi tng van chn la mi nm. S chu k

    c th khng y cho van chn la c chc nng iu khin lu lng dng kh.

    Cc th nghim chy c bt u vi cc van chn la v tr m. iu ny nhm kim tra cc c

    cu kch hot chnh gn lin vi cc van chn la. Th nghim ny khng s dng cho cc thit b

    iu khin th cp t xa van chn la. iu quan trng khi bt u th nghim, khng ch kim tra

    cc c cu kch hot, m cn kim tra tnh trng van chn la trong thi gian vn m khng b bp

    mo v ngn chn vic ng van khi c cu kch hot hot ng.

    C mt s kh khn c th xy ra trong vic kim sot nhit v p lc bung t khi van chn la

    m, l cn cung cp thi gian van chn la ng trong thi gian quy nh 2 pht, phi nm

    trong gii hn quy nh ca ng biu din nhit - thi gian a ra trong tiu chun TCVN 9311-1

    (ISO 834-1), mc 5 pht.

    5 Thit b th

    5.1 Qui nh chung

    Nhn chung cc thng tin v iu kin bung t v cc php o nhit c a ra trong tiu chun

    TCVN 9311-1 (ISO 834-1) y v khng cn chi tit hn. Tuy nhin, cn b sung mt s m t

    chi tit cho php o lu lng theo tiu chun TCVN 8113-1 (ISO 5167-1), v ISO 5221 v iu ny

    c trnh by chi tit trong 5.3. Xem thm iu 5 ca TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    5.2 ng ni

    Mi lin h gia chiu di ng ni vi kch thc ng cho van chn la c xem l kh quan

    trng do s khc bit v tnh nng c th xy ra trong mt s trng hp.

    Trong thc t hu ht cc kch c van chn la c kim tra vi chiu di ca ng ni s bng kch

    thc ng cho ca van chn la. Tuy nhin, gii hn di ti a l 2 m c a ra bi nhng

    hn ch v mt kch thc trong phng th nghim.

    5.3 Trm o

    5.3.1 Qui nh chung

    5.3.2 Lu lng th tch

    5.3.2.1 Khi l

    Khi l t bung t c cha N2 v CO2 cng nh H2O vi nng cha bit.

    Tuy nhin, cho mc ch tnh ton kh c th c coi nh khng kh kh v khi lng ring c th

    c tnh theo nh lut ca kh l tng:

    s dng = 1,293 kg/m3.

    5.3.2.2 p sut tuyt i (p sut o bi kh p k)

    Trong trng hp kh p k khng c hiu lc v phng th nghim nm trn mc nc bin c mc Z

    (theo h mt) khng qu 500m, th khuyn co s dng gi tr trung bnh ca p sut kh p theo cng

    thc sau:

    Trong Z l chiu cao (theo h mt) ca phng th nghim nm trn mc nc bin.

    CH THCH: iu kin kh hu thng thng c th dn n s chnh lch khong 1% p sut o bi dng c kh p k.

    Trong iu kin kh hu khc nghit, s chnh lch c th tng ln 3% (v d: gi git mnh, vn vn)

    5.3.2.3 nht

    5.3.3 Thit b o khc

    5.3.4 Phn loi van chn la theo phn loi r r (S)

    Khi phn loi van chn la theo r r (S), van chn la c nh nht trong dy sn phm cng phi

    c th nghim. Khi phn loi van chn la kch c nh (v d sn phm t c 100mm ti 200mm)

    r r thc t c th nm ngoi phm vi lu lng th tch c quy nh trong tiu chun

    TCVN 8113-1 (ISO 5167-1) v tiu chun ISO 5221. Trong iu kin th thit b o phi c hiu

    chnh v phm vi c s dng. i vi lu lng dng thp v nhit gn vi nhit mi trng

    xung quanh, khuyn co s dng ng h o kh lng vi phn gii ph hp. ng h o phi c

    vn hnh trong mt thi gian ti thiu l 3 pht thit lp dng trn n v thi gian.

    5.3.5 Van chn la c lp t trn sn

    Khi th nghim van chn la lp t trn sn, khng cn c ng o ng v khng gian trong phng th

    nghim c th b gii hn. V kha cnh ny m bo qui trnh thng nht gia cc phng th

    nghim, th iu quan trng l phi xc nh v tr trm o khong cch bng vi ng knh ca

    trm o t nh ng ni xung di nh th hin trong hnh 2 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    5.4 H thng qut ht

    Trong van pha long s lm mt khng kh trc khi i vo qut, khuyn co s dng qut nhit

    cao c kh nng hot ng ln n 300C c bit l khi th nghim van chn la khng cch nhit.

    Ch a ra mt thng s k thut ti thiu cho h thng qut ht, cho php phng th nghim linh

    hot ti a trong vic thit k h thng.

    C kh nng yu cu loi qut khc khi th nghim van chn la vi cc ng dng cng nghip c

    bit i hi p lc m cao hn.

    5.5 Nhit kh tip gip vi thit b o lu lng

    y c xem l iu quan trng khi quy nh can nhit s dng trong php o ny nhm trnh s

    dng can nhit c ng knh ln c th to ra s nhiu lon cc b (xem 5.4 ca tiu chun TCVN-

    1(ISO 10294-1).

    6 C cu th nghim

    6.1 Qui nh chung

    Xem iu 6 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.1 Mt th nghim

    Khi van chn la khng i xng, cn phi th nghim c hai mt v kh c th xc nh c mt no

    cho kt qu km hn. Cc van i xng ch cn th nghim mt mt. Vi mc ch xc nh liu van

    chn la l i xng hay khng, th c th b qua s c mt ca c cu kch hot. Tuy nhin, trong

    trng hp ny van chn la phi c lp t c cu kch hot nm mt xa l t, y c coi

    l iu kin khc nghit hn v khi c cu kch hot t xa l t hn th thi gian vn hnh s lu hn.

    Xem 6.1.1 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.2 Van chn la lp t c trn tng v sn

    Trng hp van chn la lp t c trn tng v sn, th nghim s phi thc hin c hai hng tr

    phi c th chng minh c hng no khc nghit hn. Xem 6.1.2 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO

    10294-1).

    6.1.3 Cc van chn la c lp t bn trong kt cu m

    Xem 6.1.3 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.4 Cc van chn la c c nh trn b mt tng hoc sn

    Khi van chn la cch nhit c p c nh vo tng, th yu cu hai th nghim; mt van chn la

    bn trong l t v mt bn ngoi l t. Trong trng hp van chn la khng cch in t c nh

    theo cch ny, ch cn tin hnh th nghim van chn la bn trong l t, v y c coi l iu kin

    khc nghit nht. Xem 6.1.4 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10.294-1).

    6.1.5 Van chn la t cch xa tng v sn

    Xem 6.1.5 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.5.1 Bn trong l t

    Xem 6.1.5.1 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.5.2 Bn ngoi l t

    Trong trng hp van chn la khng cch nhit t c nh trong khu vc ng dn ngoi l t th

    khng cn phi th nghim. Xem 6.1.5.2 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    6.1.6 Ngn cch ti thiu gia cc van chn la

    Khong cch nh nht c quy nh gim kh nng nh hng ca mt van chn la ti tnh

    nng ca van chn la khc (xem 6.1.6 v hnh 9 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1). Gii hn

    tng t c th p dng gia thn van v tng l t gim kh nng ngn la t l t chy

    khng trc tip tc ng ti van chn la.

    6.2 Kch c mu

    khi chy ph hp th kt qu th c th c m rng cho cc van c kch c nh hn m c kch

    thc chiu rng, chiu cao v chiu di tng ng nh hn so van c th nghim, theo kim

    chng sau:

    Tt c cc thnh phn, c bit l cc cnh van chn la, c cng dy, chiu rng cnh v hnh

    dng mt ct ngang i vi van chn la dng mn ngn v dng a cnh.

    6.3 C cu kch hot nhit

    Xem 6.3 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1).

    Nhn chung c cu kch hot nhit khng phc tp v nu nh gi mt c cu nm an xen th khng

    cn thit th nghim vt qu im m ti van chn la ng v c cu khng nh hng n tnh

    nng lin quan ti tiu ch nh gi ca van.

    i vi cc mc ch ca tiu chun ny, nhit kch hot tnh thng thng l (72 4) oC.

    6.4 Lp t mu th

    Xem mc 6.4 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(10294-1).

    6.5 C cu

    Xem 6.5 ca tiu chun TCVN -1(ISO 10294-1)

    Nhm gim s ln tin hnh th nghim, tiu chun v c cu c quy nh i vi cc cu trc

    va.

    Vt liu c t trng thp c quy nh v c qun tnh nhit thp v d on trc c rng nhit

    mt khng tip xc cao hn s c xc nh trn van chn la/ng ng. Ngoi ra, vt liu t trng

    thp thng c bn c hc thp hn, do c th lin quan n iu kin khc nghit hn. Mt

    thun li na l s m bo ng nht kt qu gia cc phng th nghim.

    6.6 n nh mu

    Xem 6.6 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    Khi m trong van chn la cao, cu trc v vt liu bt kn s c xu hng to ra nhit thp

    hn trn cc b mt khng tip xc. iu ny thng c th c chp nhn bi m rng nhit

    mt on bng 100 C. iu ny cng quan trng cho php thi gian cho mt c cu bng

    va t cng ph hp.

    6.6 S ln th yu cu

    Xem 6.1.1 ti 6.1.5 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    Phng php th c thit k bao ph cng nhiu ng dng tim nng lp t van chn la

    cng tt. Mt chng trnh th nghim khng th mong i c th bao ph tt c cc la chn.

    Hng dn c a ra di y v s ln th c th c yu cu. Kinh nghim cho thy rng

    khng phi thc hin tt c cc th nghim, v mt la chn lp t c th a ra i din cho iu

    kin khc nghit nht, trong trng hp ny s lng th nghim cn thit c th c gim xung.

    Gii hn 12 m3/h ph hp cho th nghim chy c chn v iu ny th hin r r thp nht c

    th o c chnh xc theo tiu chun TCVN 8113-1 (ISO 5167-1) v ISO 5221. C th a ra xem

    xt o mc r r thc t v sau ly r r thu c trong qu trnh th nghim tr i gi tr ny.

    Tuy nhin phng php ny s to ra cc vn nh r r ca thit b th nghim c th tng theo

    thi gian th nghim. Cch tip cn gim thiu c chp nhn l s dng cht bt kn bt kn tt

    c cc im lm gia tng r r ca thit b trong qu trnh th nghim.

    8 Xc nh r r nhit mi trng

    Xem iu 8 ca tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1).

    9 Th chy

    11 Dn gii v tiu ch v phn loi trong TCVN-2 (ISO 10294-2)

    Cc th nghim theo phng php th a ra trong tiu chun TCVN-1(ISO 10294-1) c thc
