Sustainable Development, Sustainability were the key words of training course Sustainable Project Management organized by Macedonian organization Kvantum with support of Youth in Action Programme in September 2011 in Struga, Republic of Macedonia.

The main aim of the training course was to improve project management practices in non-governmental and educational organizations, to learn how to adjust project management processes and methodologies in order to reduce ecological footprint and expand positive environ-mental, social and economical impact of the projects and events we organize.

Training course Sustainable Project Management was organized by Macedonian organization KVANTUM. If you have any questions or comments feel free to contact us: [email protected].

During the training participants coming from Republic of Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, Latvia and Romania took part in different range of activities designed to icrease their understanding what sustainable project is and develop ideas for projects which can contribute in promotion of sustainable development.

Through this e-brochure we would like to share with others two guidelines (one for daily life and one for NGO), ideas developed by participants during the training course as several interesting links and tips about sustainable develop-ment . Let’s take 14 steps for sustainable development.
