This year’s seminar is designed to provide participants the accounting updates on the recent development and discussion at the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”), including issues discussed at the IFRS Interpretation Committee (“IFRIC”). In addition, this seminar gives a special attention to the newly effective standard, MFRS 16 Leases. While most companies are busy in getting their numbers for MFRS 16 reporting ready, this seminar is aimed at providing a quick recap of the key concepts, transition options and insights on common application issues surrounding the implementation of MFRS 16.
