Finishing School

The Finishing School Program has been

started with a twin objectives of :

• Helping young graduates to find jobs by

enhancing their employability quotient

through a 10weeks classroom training

sessions

• Offering Skilled Candidates to Corporates

to meet their manpower requirement

Professors of Practice

It is a concept that is being piloted for a

creative approach to impart soft skills to the

engineering graduates.

• Professionals with experience in

corporates will be visiting the colleges and

orienting students on Soft Skills Modules

with a focus on Personal and Organization

Skills.

• These training will boosts the confidence

of students towards their opportunities in

applying for employment, higher studies

and entrepreneurship.

•Through this programme students are guide and inspired to generate and translate innovation to positively impact individuals , communities, institutions and societies.

IOT : Maker SpaceThis program was taken up in collaboration of HYSEA and has two parts:

• Faculty Development on product engineering and contemporary technologies

• Summer workshop for students

• Maker Space shall help in participation and build confidence amongst students to collaborate with Industry to build innovative solutions and products

• An opportunity to be part of the Innovation /entrepreneurship ecosystem
